My technician was Nathan, he was on time, professional, and an all-around great guy. I needed a large gun safe opened that was too old to get the combination for. He was extremely careful and I couldn't have asked for a better job. They were very affordable and I would definitely recommend them!

Poor customer service called around noon 3 hours no phone call. The lady who answered was rude and hung up on me when I asked for a price quote and told them the dealership price was cheaper and was going to go with them. What a joke.

Alexander, the locksmith that came out, was wonderful. He went above and beyond and make us all feel comfortable in a stressful situation. I called 3 locksmiths and Texas Premier called back immediately and had someone there within 5 mins. The other 2 locksmiths I called didnt even call back. I highly recommend Texas Premier.

I appreciate that Texas Premier helped my college student who had locked his keys in his truck with his cadet uniform. However, I absolutely feel they took advantage of him. Dispatcher told him it would be $55 but could be more depending on labor. Technician took less than 30 seconds and charged him over $100. When we called to complain, dispatcher said 'it would have been $55 if the window had been down.' Incredible. Feels unscrupulous, looks like others have experienced the same thing and potential customers need to know.

Great, friendly, and efficient service! I called to have a door lock secured and they were able to come out in 30 minutes. The locksmith was very thorough and detailed in his technical work that he was providing and made sure that I didn't have to replace any keys! Very accurate and professional on all levels.

I was told by the man who showed up to do the the job that it would be a flat rate of $80 unless it was a safety lock system which I was told would cost more. I asked several times what a safety lock system meant and received no clear answer but was told that my 2005 Lincoln navigator had this safety lock system that would cost him more to get open. I was asked to sign a form saying I would agree to pay before the total was presented to me. I asked multiple times for an estimate before signing but was just told the job wouldn't get done if I didn't sign. After I signed he proceeded to grab an inflatable bag and and a stick and pry open my door and pop it open. The entire process took maybe 30 seconds and after he got it open he proceeded to tell me it would cost $120! I understand locksmiths are emergency services and the concept of supply and demand but this is a borderline scam so i'm putting the warning out there for anyone else considering this service.

Extremely overpriced and be aware! They told you $30 destination fee plus $19 per rekey over phone, but once the guy arrived, he asked for additional $50 per hour labor and the total price raised to $280 for four rekeys (two cylinders and two deadbolts). He persuaded me to replace the old ones with the two 'better and safer' door knobs they provided instead of rekey to save money and also his time, and offered a 'discounted' price of $200. He threatened that if I back out, I need to pay him $30. Ok, fine, I agreed the $200 for replacing the 'better' knobs and deadbolts, which is a combo on sale in Home Depot for $30, and later realized the 'old and low quality' ones that were replaced are actually from better brand and only 1.5 years old (manufacturing date Jan, 2018).In addition, the guy installed the front door cylinder in wrong direction, which is annoying that every time I need to turn the key to a reverse direction as the front door deadbolt and the ones installed on back door. I don't want to mention the detail about other unpleasant expeience like requesting invoice, and a small conflict with the guy for asking me to pay double destination fees becasue I don't like the color of the lock combo, etc. Overall, I've no idea how they can get such high google review pts and DON'T recommend Texas Premier Locksmith.

The locksmith that showed up for me was Very informative. It was a super hot day and I had my daughter in my arms so I told him I was going to take her inside and to come get me when he was done. It took me 10 seconds to walk to my front door. When I turned around to shut my front door he was already in. I was so shocked that I made him do it again to show me how he did it....AMAZING!!! Great experience!

Initial charge was 30$, they shot the price up to $159 based on 30 seconds of actually getting in my car which is great but the charged me way more than estimated because of the sophistication of my locks. Unless your insurance covers it this place will hike up the price without any warning.

Texas Premier Locksmith (TPL) came through for us today! Our college student left her car keys at home, a thousand miles away from College Station and her car was parked in one of the Texas A&M parking garages. TPL arrived within a very short time, unlocked the car and made a key right there on the spot. Fortunately we had the key code. The TPL technician was polite and professional. Called Texas Premiere Locksmiths to get an estimate before scheduling. I was given a price of $30 for the service call and $19 per lock. I expected to pay $70. I was charged $160 after the technician added $119 for labor and 2 pins @$29 each. Bait and Switch. Beware!
