Feb,11 2020 They do not keep the numbers of the key for a replacement. They rekeyed a vacant rental for $206.in late october and still vacant with 4 showing w realtor the one door will not lock right. After 2 weeks of being strung along and them scheduling appt times with me that they no showed, they cited out of warranty and have no locksmith ANYMORE. BEWARE. Not customer service, unsatisfactory says locksmith hasn't shown up for work, excuses galore. Said I'm past the 3 months warranty, well sure because they drug it out 2 more weeks in February. Should have just taken care of customer and done the proper thing. and as of yesterday Aarons locksmith has NO live operator and they email responses to you some service. If you use Martins Locksmith in Arlington, they will come right out and fix a door that does not work in a vacant home that they rekeyed last.

These guys are the best and VERY honest! Drove from Fort Worth and definitely worth the trip. They saved me about $60 that it would have cost me to have a new truck key made at the local dealerships. You cannot beat friendly honest service!!!

They are not worth the time or money. They had me wait for 2 hours, then called and told me to call elsewhere. guy on the phone was yelling and was being disrespectful. I told them where i was and gave address. the driver couldn't find it and was very frustrated. I tried to help but they decided to give up and leave. Never once was I disrespectful to them or raised my voice. Took my business elsewhere for a great price and service. Will not recommend whatsoever.

Terrible place, the guys looked like they just got of prison. Theyre website says they had 15 safes in stock, they had 2. I Drove 10 miles and they said the website is quote 'a bunch of lies' and offered me gas money. Then recommended another locksmith to go to. Should have went there to start with. Don't go here!!

We contacted Aaron's Locksmith in February 2014 to change locks for a new home we purchased. The keys seemed to fit ok, but after using them over a period of about two weeks we became very annoyed at how much time and effort was needed to get the key to turn the lock. Finally, we contacted Aaron's to complain. On Monday, June 2, Chris was promptly dispatched. He identified the problem , re-keyed the locks and made sure the new keys opened the doors without a struggle. Chris was very professional and courteous. We were not charged a penny(so Aaron does guarantee his work). Our new locks work perfectly! Thanks Chris. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We called Aaron's Locksmith and spoke with Scott about making a key for our Lincoln Continental. He was awesome in that he knew exactly what was needed, and made sure the new keys worked perfectly. Later, we knew who to call when we needed someone we could trust to rekey our house. Again, Aaron's Locksmith did a great job. They will be the one we call again when the need arises!

Finally, I got my key after multiple attempts. After calling multiple times to follow up on an ordered key, Shaun saw to it that I was not forgotten. He followed up and got me what I requested after I complained to him about my less than satisfactory experience with Aaron's Locksmith in getting me a key. The Arlington store quickly responded to my complaint and the key was delivered, was programmed and I walked away from the experience satisfied and grateful that Aaron's employed someone who valued my complaint enough to do something positive about it.

If i could give them zero stars I would...My friend lost her keys last night and we called them the next day to come out and make a key. Then things went south really really fast. We gave them the location and asked how long it would take them to come out, they responded a couple hours so we came to the location and waited for two hours. Then the driver caught an attitude with us when we saw him in the distance and tried to tell him we were on the other side but he said he probably wasn't going to come back. We then proceeded to call the office and ask them if they could have the driver come back so that we can get a key made and the man at the office was completely rude. He then told us that it wasn't going to work even though the guy was still in the area. When I respectfully tried to ask him if he could please tell the driver to turn around he then said, he can't and when I asked why, he proceeded to say 'what do you want me to do about it, he's not going to come back, this isn't going to work' and hung up the phone. This by far is the worst company with the rudest employees I have ever came across. Im not even sure how they are still in business with the lack of customer service and overrall respect for people in general.

A very VERY unprofessional shop. I dropped off 4 antique door handles with locks, and 1 gas cap with a lock in it. Needed the locks all keyed to the original ignition key. a 2 hour job turned into a 2 week job. They called me every few days and informed me that everything would be ready by that afternoon... after the SIXTH trip up there (only to find out that my stuff was in fact NOT ready) i decided to leave this review... I would sooner drive to houston to use a locksmith there than use these guys again... i could have purchased locksmithing tools from amazon and learned how to rekey everything myself quicker than they finished my stuff... not to mention they damaged the new powdercoat on ALL 4 of my antique door handles.

After accidentally locking my keys in my car I called this company to request for someone to come out and unlock my car for me. They gave me a wait time of approximately 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I called to see if the locksmith had gotten lost and my call was sent straight to voice mail. I waited 15 more minutes and called again and my call was directed to the store's voice mail recording. I never received a call back and the locksmith never showed up.

Went to have a set cylinders rekeyed and had them in the open state. They had to only remove 2 set screws and reset pins for a new key.. Was charged for complete dismantle of the lock. $27.50 eaOn another trip I brought two locks in and asked for them to have them keyed alike and they said they had no way to do so .The third trip I brought seven padlocks in to have them make keys and they did but they failed to make them to open all the locks. I ordered them to give me a key that would fit all.. This last trip I gave them two cylinders to re key that were open. They had to do nothing but remove two screws insert a cylinder chaser and remove the plug. and reverese the process and be done.. Also asked them for blank keys to fit two pad locks i had brought in and they gave mekeys for a four oin and not five oin,.
