I had locked my cars in the car and did not have a spare on me. I called one service and they said it would be an hour to an hour and half. I called KeyMe and I was told 1/2 hour. The rep, whose name I forgot, was so pleasant and helpful. He stayed on the line with me until he got someone to help. Mario shoup within 1/2 hour . He was efficient, friendly and quick. My ice cream was still frozen when he left. Nicest service I have ever had.

I was really impressed with the locksmith that came out to try to help me. I assumed it was a problem with the electronic key, but after working very hard to troubleshoot the problem, he concluded that it had to be a sensor within the car(he was right). Even though his efforts were successful, he was prompt, polite, and professional. Would definitely call again if I ever need their services.

I went to the kiosk to see if it would be able to copy my key. I have an unusual key that cannot be copied at typical places like Home Depot, I have to go to an actual locksmith. I wasn't able to get an instant copy of my key made at the kiosk due to the unusual key but it did offer to mail me a copy which I had to decline because I needed the key the next day. But I would use the kiosk to make keys in the future.

They are too high far as pricing I wouldnt recommend them if you want someone to unlock you car for about $100 find someone else because theyll charge you more than $100 Im talking $200 +. Never again will I EVER call them or go to them for ANYTHING. Just horrible
