The name says it all. They truly were hassle free. She went out of her way to accommodate on a Saturday outside of open hours. Super friendly. Super reasonable. They clearly have all the capabilities and electronics to program locks and keypads of all vehicles.

I rarely write reviews, but Laura at Hassle Free Lock & Key deserves so much more business. Her expertise and friendly nature are enough but our experience was much more serious and she was our hero. With an injured hand (just off surgery) she unlocked our vehicle rescuing our 2 year old who was in the back seat. Such a crazy accident, but we were so scared. Laura responded quickly and took action despite her injured hand. We are so grateful. Thank you.

Called to get my car are-keyed since I lost the keys. They told me they would be by around 2pm. By 5pm I called and they said theyve been busy all day and will be there the next morning at 8am. Still no show and not even a call. Extremely unprofessional for them not to call the first time they werent going to make it and not show the next morning. Wouldnt bother taking them any business

Laura is a true professional CRL CERTIFIED and REGISTERED LOCKSMITH. My friends car key broke off the remote. Went to two different dealers one was $420 the other $310, to cut the key, buy remote and program it. She did all that AND gave me a spare key for $135. In Ft Bliss some one told me shes been in business for more than 30 years serving EL PASO & FT BLISS. They should open a franchise back in my home town Savannah/Ft Stewart GA. I give her more than 5 .

Awesome service, very knowledgable! Our remote start was not working, the contacts had come loose. Got quoted $255.00 elsewhere to replace the whole unit. These guys had a replacement pad insert for it. $20 bucks! Works perfect! Thank you :)

Accidentally locked my keys in a room and called up for some assistance on a Saturday around noon. They had somewhere within 30 minutes and he accessed my lock within a few seconds. It's a little scary how fast he was, but glad they're the good guys! Thanks for taking care of me in such a professional and timely manner. 12-20-2018. I was at The Walgreen's at Wren and Dyer. Saw a young mother w/a baby in a stroller, trying to use a coat hanger to unlock the door of her van. No one asked to help her. I called Hassle Free Lock & Key and told the lady who answered the phone the situation.I asked them to come and open the vehicle. I said I'd pay. I told the young mother what was to happen and she told me she had no money. I told her it was paid for. The locksmith arrived within 10 minutes, unlocked the vehicle, shook my hand, gave me and the young mother his card, asked us to post a review. He charged us nothing. IT IS WITH GREAT JOY AND HONOR THAT I POST THIS, AS IT IS A PAY IT FORWARD. I highly recommend this locksmith & his company for their courtesy, promptness, good work, and generosity. Today I came back to El Paso airport from a trip home and found out that I left my keys at home in Calfornia. I called and i forget the young ladies name 'sorry' but she came out in the pouring rain and got me another key for my car. On top of it I had to change my ignition so the code wasnt the same for my vin#. She had me send her a picture and from the picture she was able to make me a key and it worked first try. So if you want someone good and there in good time call this locksmith. Thank you again saved me alot of money...
