Person showed up at place, I informed this person to call me with enough time so I could be there. I got miss call from him (15 min later) I called back; he said he was arriving to chaparral already with 15 min missed call. I tried to reschedule for tomorrow..he said no and sated that we are in the middle of the desert and that most companies wont come here...is Horizon!!! Good luck.

Went to his 'shop' which is his house. He wasnt there, I called and the guy had the audacity to suggest going to a walmart to get a key copy. If I could've gotten it done there I wouldnt have looked for a 'professional locksmith'

Called them because the first review said they are cheaper than others and at first when I gave them an estimate of where my car is located they did say $25 but when I gave a more precise location the price went up $20 to $45 when my car was only a street down from where I initially said and when I confronted him about this he told me if I didnt like it I could just call someone else. Dont waste your time here
