Several times over the past few years Douglas has rescued us from vehicle problems. One call and he sends one of his guys out to save us. Last time his lead man, Bubba, quickly got there, and towed our truck to the ranch. Funny guy too. Professional and hard working. Douglas should give Bubba a raise.

Douglas rescued us TWICE yesterday! He got us to the auto parts store and then when the folks at the auto parts store couldnt help us, we had to call Douglas back and he came to help! I was so impressed by his knowledge with cars, he really knows his stuff. We were headed to Houston from Fredericksburg and he checked out everything else under the hood and to make sure wed make it safely. I definitely trusted him immediately and would recommend 10/10 to anybody. Thank you, Douglas Towing!

And when it was all done, I realized that I had not even asked the gentleman his name. But I did find out that he is a retired veteran of war, having served in Iraq. Douglas Towing took care of our son when he had a car issue back in April. Douglas not only tried to fix the car, but he then reached out to the local Ford dealer for assistance and was responsible for getting the car fixed in expedited fashion. This gentleman is responsible, full service and from my interactions with him on the phone, very diligent! I would give him 10 stars if that option was available to me. Thank you very much!

We were terrified when a car tried to pass on the left as I was turning left and hit us. I have never been in a car accident before, and on top of that I was alone with my 4 children on a dangerous road. Being a single mother, I don't have a lot of people to call and ask for help, so OnStar sent Douglas. He came right away, even though I had to leave my vehicle he was able to get it quickly and took it to his yard. On the way out there, i was nervous, but my fears were relieved when I finally met Douglas. He is so kind, helpful and caring. He has a safe yard and I was not at all worried about my vehicle after seeing his place. We live in another city, and it's nice to know that my vehicle will be held safely until the insurance will get it. In this terrible situation we found ourselves in, he really made things easier. Thank you so much for being so wonderful.

My ding dong of a husband forgot the keys and wallet everything in our vehicle and we tried everything including calling An officer to help and they couldnt get in. Our battery died and he met on the side of the road, towed our car to the dealership, tested our battery, made recommendations, met us again the following morning to check on us again, followed us to autozone and changed our battery. While my boyfriend & I were on our way to San Antonio, our tire blew out & after waiting hours for USAA to come help us (which they didn't), we had enough service to call Douglas Towing. The driver, Brent, saved our lives that night, he towed us to Fredricksburg, showed us the best motel to stay at & even paid for our first night here, since we had barely any money. He even gave us his number in case we needed anything. If you guys even come across Brent while in town or if he's towing your vehicle, please give him a big thank you. Mr. Ottmers went above and beyond helping me with my car. I needed my alternator replaced quickly. Several shops were booked for days, but Douglas continued to search for a mechanic who could help us that same day. He is very courteous and fair.

Got a blown tire on the middle of nowhere, was told by my insurance co. that the tow will 90 min to get where I was. Douglas from the tow co. arrived in less than an hour. Hooked my car up with no damages and drove me back to city. Very friendly and professional guy. Even better, Douglas is a veteran helping out myself, a veteran too.

Broke down in the middle of nowhere on I-10. This was at the extreme range of his service area but he tracked us down, got our vehicle to the nearest dealer (SA) and even helped us track down a rental vehicle and get back on the road sooner! Stuck in Kerrville on father's day. While driving something popped up and and punched a hole in our radiator . We were dead in the water. Douglas came to the rescue and was able to tow our car to the dealership in Boerne. He dropped it off after hours and put our car key in their dropbox along with a note for them to call us. It is always tough when you are away from home and you have car issues. You pray that you find someone you can trust. Douglas is someone you can trust!! I wish everyone was like him. He is top notched!!
