Moses was awesome!! I locked myself out of my apartment and he came in 10-15 minutes. He worked with my budget and got me in my apartment in 5 minutes. He was also really nice and knowledgeable. If I ever get locked out again (hopefully i won't lol) he'll be the one that i call!! :)

I have a special case. I purchased a Class A motorhome, rent to own, and live in it full time. The people I'm buying my rig from had lost the ignition key as well as the key to the outside storage compartments after that moved the rig to its current position. After a year of them searching for the keys, we decided and having new keys made. I needed storage keys and an ignition key (Ford chassis). I spent 2 weeks contacting different locksmith with no luck. Other locksmiths either didn't do Class A motorhomes or they never responded to me. Moses was my locksmith and he was professional, friendly, and his pricing was fair. Within 24 hrs I had new keys made as well as a spare set. I highly recommend and will be calling them for all my locksmith needs in the future.

This company as a whole was trash, I called this place due to their 4.7 rating and they couldn't dispatch a tech correctly to the address. I asked for answers from the supervisor no one called me back so I called back after 20 minutes and still no answer from the supervisor. Finally 2 hours later the tech came and I can honestly say the technician (Aaron) was the only one with great customer service. Don't use their service.

I had a key break in the lock to my car door and called the next day. Moses was there in less than twenty minutes and was able to remove the broken key and cut me a new one then and there. He was very professional and didn't dance around the price of replacing the key. As frustrating as the experience was, these guys really made it easy. i called about a replacement car key. the message that the car was keyless/push to start was lost somewhere between my phone call and the tech. i was informed the key could be ordered, overnighted, and i would have it in a couple days. 7 days later after multiple calls to try to speak to a supervisor, which i never received, i was informed the wrong key had been ordered. my money was refunded immediately. the tech and the people answering the phone were nice and communicated with me. but holy hell don't use this co to get a car key unless they can cut or program it right then and there.
