Our front door was locked and wouldn't open due to a seized lock and stuck key which I tried for about 30 minutes to remove. It was getting late and phoned a couple of locksmiths who were of no help, and no urgency. Thank god I got through to these guys who were available immediately, very professional and helpful. I highly recommend these guys are your first port of call should you need a local locksmith in Houston.

Professional, friendly and efficient service, I would definitely recommend them. The guy that came out to me was fantastic! He had us sorted out and inside our house in under 25 minutes. When we called, he asked questions to understand the problem and offered a quote over the phone, which was actually very reasonable given it was a Sunday night. Will use again if ever i need to!

I purchased a motorcycle on Ebay and it came without a key. I stopped in to hopefully buy a pick but found out they didn't sell them. Apparently only lucensed locksmiths can buy them. One employee gave me enough knowledge and i don't mean 5 min.worth. Several calls and visits later i solved the problem without spending a cent. Who does that these days? Right, nobody. Nice people for real.

Amazing service. Fast and reliable and wont take advantage of you. They were able to open the door within two minutes and provided me with some knowledge on how not to get scammed by other locksmiths. (The first locksmith I called tried to charge me over $1000 which was obscene). Dont call anyone else, My Houston Locksmith were simply great.

Went in with a very special and rare lock. Although they didnt have the piece I needed to fix it, they worked with me and called around to other stores to see who could help. They found a location not to far and got me a good price. Great customer service and really appreciate you all going the extra mile. Will be back for more business.

There is nothing worse than losing your keys and being locked out. Apart from losing your keys and being locked out with only 5% battery. I phoned these My Houston locksmith and explained my situation and that in all likelihood my phone would die before they got here and so urged them to make sure they knew my address as if they couldn't find it I would be unaware, They promised they would come and for me not to worry and they actually arrived quicker than they said they would and had me back inside in no time. The very best locksmith in Houston as far as Im concerned. Simply brilliant given my situation.

The guy that came to unlock my car door for me has VERY POOR customer service and was very rude for no reason! I was nothing but polite to him. He wanted the money up front and i explained to him that the guy said if he wasn't able to open my car door then i wouldn't have to pay him so that sounds to me as if he should try and give it a go and if he opens it then the money will be given to him. I got scammed like that before a guy working on my car asked for the money upfront and i did that and he ended up leaving with my money and didnt do the job! Anyways the guy they sent out rudely said okay mam and got back in his car and drove off! All because i didn't give the money first!! Sounds like a scam to me ! Then i called the office back to let them know how rudely i was treated and all they said was 'ok' DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

Absolutely love this one stop shop. Located at Beltway and Westheimer so it is very convenient for me as it is on my way to and from work. Went there right before Valentines Day since they were having a huge gun safe sale. My husband has been non stop blabbering about Turkey season since it is right around the corner so I bought him an upgraded gun safe & am so happy with the installation. He continues with his hobby & I have some alone time once again, thanks!

Called to get a quote on replacing key, not getting a new lock for a door and the guy stated that it would be cheaper to get new locks than getting the key replaced. The price was over $100. When I explained to him that another locksmith quoted me $85, he just stated, 'then go with them!' and hung up the phone!! I'm flabbergasted at how unprofessional these people are. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. I ended up going with golden locksmith; they're pretty reasonable with their prices.

The security of my home and my business are of paramount importance to me. I've trusted the folks at Houston Locksmith for almost twenty years now. I've got the best Medico security locks in the business from the best locksmiths in the business. I've run them for my storefront since 2003, my home since 2005. I even run Medico for my padlocks now. Whenever security is a concern, these are my go-to guys. I got titanium chains from them to secure my portable generators during Hurricane Ike in 2008. These guys know their stuff. If you're looking for someone to wine and dine you with sweet bedside manners, you're in the wrong spot. Go to a Med Spa. If you're looking for the best in security, then Houston Locksmith is where you need to be. Period.

Wasted time with this company, they aren't even able to take down the right information and send you to a location that 'has the safe you want' but when you get there its a complete different model... They claim to be experts but not very educated beware and reconfirm every step of the way when working with this company

Back then, I lost my key and got locked out. I called Houston Locksmith to see if they could dispatch anyone to come out on the same day to rekey the door lock. The locksmith- Vinnie Duong, arrived within 15 minutes and helped me out. He's solved the problem super fast, very professionally with reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

This place is a joke. Honestly, the owner is some British/Australian lady who sits in the back office with her daughter. They both think that they know it all especially the lady whose from England or Australia or whatever the case maybe. This place is pathetic trying to pinch every penny out of a person for a safe lock and or keys. You are honestly better off going to Walmart to have your keys remade or even Home Depot/Loews they actually know how things work around here. Walking into the Locksmith is sad it smells and its pathetic everyone there looks sad and miserable. Also reading below reviews about this place being a SCAM it is 100% a total scam!!! Sadly, they have two locations this one one westheimer the wife sits at with her DAUGHTER the other one her Husband sits at which is off of i10 & bingle or something. Anyway, do not go to this place its sad and miserable and overcharges customers.

Horrible, the guy that make the keys thinks he knows everything but he is not. Is very loud and rude towards other people and employees. They take forever to do the keys or fix the lock. Last time i had to return 2 padlocks because those fall apart in my hands when i tried to use it.
