I called to have the lock to be rekeyed and the dispatcher I talked to gave me the prices for regular lock and the secuirty chain lock $45.00 for rekey each lock and install chain lock is $25.00 - The Tech who came for the service call was very good and very polite. He finished the job quickly. But what took long time is he had to call the office to confirm pricing and all was ok. Then it came to pay bit, the Tech asked me to get my Driving License info. I refused because there's no need to. He said you must provide the driving license info. that's the company policy if you're paying by credit card, so you don't dispute the transaction. I said I can sign on the receipt that I won't dispute the transaction. He had to call the office again and get it ok. He put me on the phone with a very rude, loud person who was insisting that they have to get my Driving License number to make sure that is me using the credit card. I told him they can check the name on both DL and CC to see they match but they will not write down my ID card info. They know the address, phone number and now they want to get the ID card. Good luck with that! The person on the phone was very rude and with heavy accent and said 'All American 'BeoBle' give their Driving License or pay in cash.' I insisted they will not get the DL info. just look and confirm the name match on both CC and DL. And they had to accept. They should have mentioned that on the phone while giving pricing not after the service is done! They would have gotten 5 stars if not for the unprofessional loud person spoke to me over the phone.

The locksmith, Cameron, did a great job and had our locks re-keyed very quickly. He had our four locks done within an hour. Very nice, timely, and professional. Was pleased with the price also.

Locked myself out of my house - never a good thing to do. So looked up who's the closest locksmith and gave Omega a call. Someone picked up quickly (like less than 5 seconds), and informed me of the price ($85) as well as estimated time (20-30 min). I asked for a technician to contact me to confirm timing, which he did so after 5 min (assume operator had to get a hold of him first, so understandable). Technician made it to the house without a problem (well, got lost with a minor 5 minute delay, but probably should have re-confirmed address). Took him less than 5 min to get the door open (tried picking it first, then was able to shim the door lock). Overall very professional, courteous, and friendly.However, when it was time to be charged, it ended up being $95 plus a $19 service charge - which wouldn't have been a problem if I was informed of it ahead of time. So 5 star review drops to 2 star for very untransparent pricing.

I tried everything I could to get into my car when I was locked out, but my only option was to call a locksmith. I looked through Omega's reviews and it looked promising so I called. Well then they did a great job all around. They told me a starting price over the phone which seemed reasonable and the locksmith told me a price that was only a bit higher. They definitely were honest and did not try to trick at all. Would recommend their service. Nice people.

The locksmith that came out to the house was abusive, rude, and intimidating. Ultimately, I asked him to leave because I felt so uncomfortable. Moreover, now Im worried that this person knows where I live and could come back and hurt me. We called a different company and they completed the job $300 cheaper! Do not use this service. They price gauge and take advantage of their customers.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DON'T EVER use this service, the owner is a thief who will charge you a ridiculous amount for absolutely nothing. I broke my key off in my door at my house, so I called the closest locksmith to me to come and let me in. The locksmith was taking a while to get to my house, so I ran to Lowe's to get some pliers to see if I could open the door myself. I ended up unlocking my door MYSELF and getting the broken key out of the door right as the locksmith arrived and I was still charged $85 even though they did not perform any service what-so-ever besides showing up at my house.The young man, Cameron, who came to my house was very friendly and apologetic for having to charge me so much, but the owner is a complete snake that will overcharge you for doing absolutely nothing. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

When I got locked out my apartment I was really worried I would have to go through their company's technicians and wait awhile especially when my dog was inside, but luckily I could call out an independent locksmith.I would REALLY recommend. He told me he would be there in 20 minutes and he was a little late, so he took off the service call portion of $19. I know I wouldn't get that anywhere else.

Moses at Omega Locksmith have time the best service possible. I couldnt get a copied key to open my home from Lowes, Home Depot wouldnt even copy it at all, but Moses, being the expert he is took care of me very well! After hours too! The service was awesome and Id recommend it no doubt!

I asked to be priced for a service. I got the price but gave me not what I wanted. I asked for a key made with remote attached . I was just given a key with chip. And the guy said sorry and gave me 10 dollars from my 160. I asked around and other companies gave me same price for remote and key and I wrote this place and they didnt reply. I asked how much is for the remote and key then I got no reply.

Really good tech! I needed a new set of keys for my jeep. They scheduled a time to come and assed the issue. Told me what work had to be done and what the prices were. They had a new pair made in an hour. Fast and well priced!! Thank you:)
