I was shocked about how great they are at customer service! I called trying to remove the mykey issue in a Ford and they knew that if I just got another key then I can remove it and if I get the issue again then I'd have the other key to always be able to reset it. Awesome people!

These Place Is Great! OMG, ABC, and all the letters of the alphabet.The first time I use Astro Lock, I brought in a broken key (two pieces) and by the powers of the Lock and Key universe they created a working key for me. Three other locksmiths turned me away and Astro Lock did it!This go around I needed a replacement 4 button key. They didn't have the PIN number yet low and behold, a few calls later they gave me a new working and programmed 4 button key.Please support this business! These guys ROCK!

My fiance's transponder key broke in half, and they were able to produce a copy for a LOT less than the Chevy dealer, who jerked him around and wouldn't give him a straight answer for 20 minutes (he never did figure out if they could manage it, he walked out). They produced a mechanical copy to test to make sure the metal was cut properly, and then they created a transponder copy (two actually) for what was probably half or maybe even a quarter of going to the dealer. Quick, courteous service!

My call was returned right away and initially cancelled until my husband could take a look at the lock. Bob was very courteous and patient and actually arrived at my house sooner than he thought. He was able to get my broken key out of the lock and cleaned it and sprayed lubricant in it so it would work better. Works great now! Very professional and saved us from buying another lock.
