I had turned on my key setting in my ford on accident so I needed a new key to disable it. Well I first emailed brain on a Sunday ( his day off) and I got an instant response with how much it would be for the key Im looking for and when he would be available. Woke up next day and called just to see if there were any openings, he had a small gap between jobs and we said if I got there he would do the job for me showed up about 5 mins later and I was done and out within 25 mins. The key is brand new and works better then the one I got from the dealership. Brian was a nice guy and even gave me a discount!

These folks have the worst customer service I have experienced in the longest time. The lady when I called was very rude, she blatantly said oh I have to pay $65 cash to get my car key programmed. Now the money part is not the problem but the representation and manners it was communicated. I finally made it to the location and got a rudest welcome shock. I tried to actually let the lady how displeased with how she answered me on the phone but what did I get back...another smart, biased response. The man I believe is the husband was worse. Whatever happens to customer service. I would give 1/2 or 1/4 start if there's option for that rating. Smhhhh awful

Rude!!!! Accidentally locked my keys in the trunk! Keyword LOCKED! I explained to the guy that answered the phone that I had locked my keys in the trunk and wanted to know if they could send someone to get them out! He then replied cant you just pull the lever and open the trunk. If my car was not locked I would have obviously done just that and would not have the need to call them!
