My wife called this company while I was away on a business trip because the door to the garage (which is detached from the house) would not open in a new house we had just bought. She was told the most it would cost on the phone should be $150 or less. She was in a hurry to get to work and the tech that came out to 'assist' knew this and took advantage of the situation. He charged her $324 to drill out the lock, not even pick the lock and told her it would be another $100 to replace the lock (which I replaced myself for $10 as my wife was not going to pay another $100 for a lock). Once home I called this company to give them a chance to right their wrong, two phone calls to them and 3 weeks later and this company has never called me back. When I call in they say a manger/supervisor will have to speak with me yet no manger/supervisor ever calls. This company has NO integrity. Avoid at all costs! 11/7/19 - Concerning the response below, called back for a third time as they instructed at the number provided below and once again was told a supervisor would have to call me back, this company does not use case numbers so when you call in it's like starting all over, I have to explain the situation again from the beginning. Still stand by my review, avoid this company!

Called a commercial rekey and said $19 service fee and $25. They came to site and said the came to site fee is now $30 and the tech quoted $230. Called back to the 817 number didn't pick up. Another number called me and said the lowest was $180. The rekey took few minutes and they didn't even took the lock out to rekey. Will never use their service again! Unprofessional and unreliable!
