The brother & sister team who showed up were great. First, they were able to make an appointment the same day that I called. Second, they accommodated my changing schedule throughout the day and were 100% friendly about it and did not seem annoyed at my request. Wendell went above and beyond to get me an extra key for 2017 Chevy including getting the pin required by GM to program the key. The first key he cut would not program but would open door and start my truck. He did not give up he cut a second key and then spent about 45 minutes getting it programmed. I would drive the extra distance just to use him although he was close to me. I gave him a 5 star but with Wendell the shy is the limit.

Bait and switch operation, using contractors to respond to calls. Wendyll Blackburn lies about everything on the phone then just blocks your number when you call to complain about the terrible people he sends to your house. If you look down at the reviews, Wendyll gives himself 5 star reviews along with Dusty Blackburn his brother and Sheila Blackburn his wife. Not to mention Sonny Angel and his wife who left 5 star reviews also which are the employees. This guy is all about fraud.

Bait and switch. Said 15 for show up 35 for service up to 80 of it was required. Immediately got here and demanded 80. This was a very simple job took 30 seconds. Will definitely not use them again. I am not a competitor, like the comment below me says. I am a customer who will never return. This company is seriously lying to cover themselves. WHAT A JOKE.

PLEASE READ THIS IS A REAL REVIEW: Marine tested and Marine approved, I went here to get new keys cut and programmed for my truck knowing it might not work because I only had one original key, not only did they get both extra keys done for me but they did it in under 15 mins for a better price than I expected, thanks guys! Don't read the one stars they are fake and these guys have hands down the best prices in Galveston County and Harris County for doing any kind of locksmith work. I stand with these guys and I hate seeing what other big name and foreign shops are doing to them, you can tell they are fake because the profiles for the reviews show that they have only made one review and it is to bash these guys and you can find the dance reviews on the competitors pages!
