The ratings are high for a reason!My tenant locked himself out of the house early one morning. Since I'm 2 hrs away, I called Pop-A-Lock before 8:00 am and they answered. They sent out Ladarius within 20 minutes and he was able to open the door. Hopefully my tenant doesn't lock himself out again but if it does happen, I'll know who to call!

I discover I locked myself out after a 12 hour shift at the hospital. A technician by the name of James came to assist me. He worked on the lock for an hour did a half. He was patient and diligent on getting me safely inside my house. He even made me two keys. Thank you James.

Called at 6:49 and told them my info and location....Waited.....called back at 7:18, was told guy was on the way....WAITED.....called back at 7:40, lady saying she can't see my info in the system. Been sitting at Kroger's for a whole frickin hour locked out of my car with my kids and groceries locked in car. Lady on phone just pure CLUELESS and asked my info AGAIN before we got off the phone. They need to get better service in the office. THIS ISN'T COOL AT ALL. THUMBS DOWN. AND WANT $50. FOR WAITING A FUKN HOUR.The only good thing I can say is James was great!
