I've been to Lubbock Lock & Key at least 3 times. They have excellently handled all my needs. Reprogramming new car keys, picking a lock I needed open, removing and replacing damaged locks on my truck toolbox. Everything done as fast as I could expect and at a price well below what I expected to pay. These are the best professionals I can find in Lubbock, and I will come back to them for all my lock needs

There's a reason this place is still around.. They know their business. They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to go there extra mile. Jan was great and we left much happier than when you arrived (needing a lock smith is always inconvenient). Great people and great service. Will return if and when needed.

PRAISE JESUS - Friendly staff: diverse services. Well run store; however, on my last and most recent visit to this store on April,15th, I was greeted coldly by a stranger behind the counter, a male Hispanic. He stated there is no service of the type I'm requesting, go elsewhere. Lubbock lacks God, Christian values and Texas hospitality.

Before you go anywhere else, go to Lubbock Lock and Key. They are friendly, customer-oriented, and willing to work with customers in terms of cost.I repeat, go here before you go anywhere else. Brock Lock and Key was going to charge me $150 for something that Lubbock Lock and Key fixed for $23. That's good customer service.

This place has always been a quality, locally owned business. They have helped several times with keys for my car and house. My car key is one that has a double sided laser cut design, and when I went to the dealership to get a spare made, it was over double the price of what Lubbock Lock & Key charged. They have top notch customer service, and they have always gone above and beyond. Definitely check them out for Andy lock or key related needs.

Had to pay around 13$ to get my key cut and doesn't even fit in the Key ignition.What a rip off l call but still has to pay. They should at least warned me that it wasn't going to work.

Horrible customer service I wanna for a simple ignition repair. And you would have thought I asked for the cure for cancer. After a lengthy wait on hold I was told if the vehicle was there it would be cheaper and they cant get Tobit for a week or two. It makes me wonder what these guys do to actually make money? Cause service like this and been around for years. I dont get it?!

Ive had keys made for a vehicle twice here after losing them. Both experiences were pleasant and they are very nice and quick to help you with your needs. I dont believe ill ever use anywhere else for my Key making needs or god forbid any future lock outs. I highly recommend Lubbock Lock & Key!

After being told my key and fob could easily be fixed, I began to take my key off of the key ring, but they told me it was fine to leave it all together. well after going back and forth to my car for the next 40 min, they told me they were unable to fix it. They were in such a hurry to leave for the day that he gave me my key and closed the door. I called because they had kept all of my keys, and nobody was willing to go back to the office to give me my set of keys. He said I would have to wait until the next business day. These were my house keys that he took off! Needless to say, very disappointed!
