Fair and professional. Great customer service! You cant always be assured that everything will go off without a hitch. In my case we had issues with the lock. The tech that came out struggled to get my front door unlocked and inadvertently did some damage to the door.All you can hope for is that the people you deal with will be fair and professional. Even though the tech struggled, he remained professional and accommodating.The manager followed up with me the next day and said he was committed to making things right. He came back out with the tech and upgraded me to a keypad lock entry system and fixed the damage to the door. They didnt charge me a cent. They just wanted to make sure I was happy and taken care of.What started out as a frustrating experience had a happy ending. You never know if a job will go smoothly. So it is good to know when you are working with people you can trust. Sure Lock definitely earned my trust. I would use them again!

Needed to get a couple of keys made for our older cars (99 Acura TL & 2000 Lexus RX300) and I needed to get them cut and programmed that day. I called Sure Lock & Key and the tech,Ty, was at my house in about 30 minutes.Very courteous and was able to get everything completed that day. Their prices were the best of the three locksmiths that I called. I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends.

This locksmith is for real! David was very friendly and professional and once I met him in person, I could tell he knew what he was doing. He drove out to my work in McKinney and got there when he said he would. I had a blank key with a built in remote already, but didn't realize the battery in it was no good. I was so excited when he said he had one in his van that he installed for me before he cut and programmed my key. He tested the key and all the buttons, and everything worked great. By the way, his prices were very competitive, he even beat out the price of a locksmith right next door to my work. Please tip this guy well, he really deserves it!

Ridiculously overpriced and unprofessional service. The service call alone is $29 just off the bat, and then I had to pay an additional $85 just for him to use an air wedge to unlock the door. No new key made, just unlocking the door, and the price was $114. I've had my car door unlocked before by other companies using the same method, and I've never had to pay more than $40 for such a simple service. Not to mention the service guy, who, unprompted, decided to drone on with some conspiracy theory about the Illuminati trying to cull the population with COVID-19, before actually URINATING in the bushes outside the building he was called to. I've never been this dissatisfied with a service before in my entire life.

They drilled out my locks without my brother-in-laws consent when my wife and I were out of town. Claimed my locks to be unpickable. Classic shady locksmithing practice...I called to complain and wanted my locks replaced and they did send one, but only one. Charged me $350...overall terrible experience I should have just asked my brother in law to kick the door down and would have saved $350.

I called to have an wiring panel rekeyed due to lost keys on my part. This is an aluminum pane door in a bedroom closet that houses internet and coaxial cables. I was quoted over the phone a $29 service fee and then $75 to rekey. Despite thinking that a steep price, I agreed and had them come out. About 45 minutes later, someone who was unprofessional and didnt bother to take off dirty boots to go upstairs came in. I showed them the pane that needed to be rekeyed and he tells me he doesnt have the part but that he could remove the existing lock so I could get access to the panel and that I could buy a lock at the hardware store to replace myself. I agreed and he proceeds to do the work. Took him about 15 minutes (couldve been quicker but he took a call during the job). At time of payment, he tells me its going to be $189 plus tax! $189 to get into a flimsy aluminum door that I probably wouldve been better off just manually removing and replacing with a new one for much cheaper. I dispute the charge since I was quoted half that over the phone. He tells me he could drop it to $120 plus tax. All in I paid $130 for bad professionalism and a mediocre job. Never again. And would definitely not recommend this bait and switch. I understand the $29 service fee but the work shouldve been no more than $30-$50.
