After having an issue, it was immediately handled with the owner of GiddyUp Locksmith. I am thankfully for her quick responsiveness of my issue and eagerness to get everything fixed. The team worked with my schedule for me and I now have a replacement key for my vehicle. Thank you GiddyUp for fixing the problem and making the experience a much better one.

Called them out to make a key for my van and was told they could do it no problems for a fixed price. When they got here they made the key and left, but when we tried to use our key we noticed the car wouldn't start at all. Tried calling back but didnt get ahold of anyone til the following day. They told us in order to program the key for us it would be another $95+tax. This is all after I was quoted only $225 from another locksmith for the whole service. Will never use this company again....very disappointed with the service.

My Jeep trucks key lost the chip, called to get another one. They were lazy to go the same day so they came the next day. They wanted to charge me extra because the design wasnt the same and I told them no the price they gave me at first should be the same price after all I just wanted a simple key that would work. Not even a week later and the key doesnt work anymore. Called and made a complaint but they wanted to charge again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Went to the location to try to get a copy of a key. Office was closed with no indication of when they will be back. Tried calling the number on the website and immediately went to a number is not available. Tried it 4 times. And when I was finally able to get a hold of someone he recommended I go to the plano location because he was out doing a job. Would not recommend.
