5 stars! This is the kind of establishment I enjoy visiting, and so will you. I had already purchased my equipment but needed it programmed. No matter, Rafael handled the job even though I didnt purchase my keys from Premier. The service was quick, easy, and professional. The store is well stocked, clean, and pleasant to be visit. When you need a replacement key or locksmith service this is the go-too. Thanks Premiere Locksmith!!

Great place to get replacement car keys. I traveled all around the valley looking for a locksmith that could get me a replacement kit, and discovered they were in the neighborhood. Dealership wanted $130 for the key and $135 to program it. Hahaha! Did the whole thing for less than half, key included. Service was fast and professional. And yes, all staff wearing masks.

I called because I locked myself out of my business. Peter the locksmith got here within 5 min. Had a hard time picking the lock since it had never been picked at but he got it done in no time! And pricing was perfect! Overall customer service was great!

I called many places to get quotes and although this place was further from my house, it was a better rate. Rafael was amazing! He was able to get my car key replacement fast and efficiently. He also helped in every way that he could to ensure the key would work! I got a replacement key for my replacement key also! Best service from a locksmith I've ever had and would go to them again. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone I know! Thank you so much!

The guy showed up in about an hour, was friendly and communicative about all decision-making, gave a quote which seemed reasonable given the large number of doors and locks I had, and then stuck by the quote even though one piece of hardware turned out to be trickier than anticipated, and he spent additional time. Definitely recommend!

Called ahead of time, and the lady who answered told me they had the key in stock. Trusting her I went right away, instead I was lied to and given one that did not work. They programmed the wrong key fob, deleted all programmed keys so the theft light turned on. Didnt try to fix the theft light and took over 6 hours to get the key programmed & cut. Was given a lesser price when i called ahead, but instead was charged $400. So I spent almost $400 on this very horrible key that barely works. Very disappointed. Shouldve gone to Guthries...
