Went to buy keyed same locks and was reassured that the locks I was buying wereof one key. However when I get back to the job site nope they weren't all keyed alike. I guess it's my fault because when people don't know or aren't sure they don't say anything because I guess they think they're always right? I guess they don't understand that they look like a bigger JAMOKE and lose their integrity by not being 100.

I broke the key off in my rv, I called the rv place and they said theyd sale me a new lock cheaper than a locksmith could make one. They were wrong. I got two keys made for way less than the lock would cost. Keys were made by the time I got there. Great service

I was recently placed in charge of several office complexes and our keys are in a total mess. I needed a key immediately for a tenant so I went by Noack's yesterday at 4pm and it was closed. (they close at 3:30)???. I went back this morning and gave the key to the locksmith, he checked and said he was out of stock and it would take several days to get some new blanks. I jokingly told him he better stock up as I was going to need a lot of them. IN A VERY RUDE MANNER He told me if I needed the key now to go some place else because the loss of the sale of one key was not going to make or break him. My jaw hit the floor. I will never go back there!!!! He lost way more that the sale of one key, our company owns numerous commercial and residential properties and we need several hundred keys and locks a year.

Took a lock here to be re-keyed. I dropped it off in the morning and it was ready in the afternoon. I will definitely be back.
