We called about 4 different locksmiths on a Sunday afternoon after getting locked out of the house. This was the only company willing to come out. Wendell or Winston (I can't remember) was very punctual, very friendly and very efficient. His quote was reasonable and he was very honest . The job was easier than anticipated so the final price was less than the quote. We highly recommend this company and I am glad I did not let the Yelp reviews deter me from using the . Another thing that I noticed was when he left he saw our kids playing in the street in front of our driveway and instead of turning around and driving by them, he went the long way out of the neighborhood. You definitely dont always find people that are that considerate anymore.

I called them on the phone and asked if they could make a copy of a key, the man said yes and to come to the shop and I said I would be there in a few min. I arrived and doors are locked.vvi called the man again and he said he will call his mobile technician to come up here. The tech called and said he can't make they key to the padlock. I called the man back again and he said the guy normally here is out. Really poor service and wasted my time.

They TRASHED my brand new car. Stole my ignition and left. Destroyed my steering column and wont answer the phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Some of the quickest and highest quality service Ive received from any business in a long time. After getting turned away from several other locksmiths/key cutting services in the area due to the concern they couldnt replace my key if they messed it up, this guy had my key cut and had me on my way in less than 3 minutes! Friendly guy, too!

I called Blackburn based on reviews online and I can say that I made a great choice! The person who answered was kind and patient. He assured me a locksmith was in my area and could service my home no problems. The locksmith, Ervin, arrived when he said and was prompt and efficient with his work. I appreciated his meticulousness and his kind spirit. If you need anything lock related you done this is the place to call! And the prices are reasonable.

This guy was a little condescending in his tone and wanted to make a basic copy of a car key for $70, likely because it was late and he didn't feel like working. I got the same copy for 10 dollars elsewhere, very arrogant service.

This last Friday, we lost all the keys to our Subaru while at Surfside Beach. Since we were selling the car the next day, we were in a tough spot. We had looked and looked and looked but no luck finding them. I called Wendell at Blackburn and he was very responsive. His technician Ervin called me and quickly got on the road to get our keys replaced. We were fortunate in that someone actually found our keys before Ervin arrived but I was confident they would be able to help us. Both Wendell and Ervin were very responsive and professional - I highly recommend Blackburn Locksmith.
