I cannot say enough good things about Jesse and Mark. My garage door fell apart at 7:30 pm on a Saturday evening. They were here within a couple of hours, and they fixed the problem and made several adjustments to make it MUCH smoother and quieter than before. As an added bonus, they are locksmiths, and were able to make me an extra key for my husbands car and reprogram all three remotes. Honest, professional, hard-working, and friendly guys, and very reasonable prices.

Jesse went completely out of his way to get a new key for my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Apparently my car was not easy but he did everything even bought a new system to do newer cars! Start of by saying. Hes a very nice guy. But follow through is horrible and nice didnt get the job done. Paid $200 for service. Actuator on car (drivers door) was malfunctioning. Making it hard to program. A key was programmed in Mid October. Not cut. Allowing the car to be drive only if placed extremely close to transponder. Otherwise it didnt recognize it. Trouble unlocking it aswell. Notified technician actuator was fixed in November. Multiple messages couldn't nail down a fix it date. Fast forward to January a date was set. It was drizzling out and he had a down truck so he said it was a no go. My availability was limited due to my wife being in inpatient chemotherapy. I left to take care of the key only to get cancelled. At thst point it was time to cut ties. This was explained thoroughly. The next tech stated 'He had to have known this was the wrong key, there is no way' all in allI spent $500 total to get 2 working keys. Wasted $200 here.

Found this company thru Facebook Market place and sent a message. Jesse got back to me within 20 minutes and took my info and that was about it. Showed up at my house programmed the key, made sure everything worked fine and that was it. He was cheaper than the dealership and he has a lifetime warranty on his fobs and work. This is definitely the company to get replacement keys and Fobs from.. Thanks again Jesse for replacing my psycho key Fob.

Jesse came out to Jarrell to help me get my Navigator back up and running. Jesse answered almost immediately when I called and was very personable on the phone. I called a handful of locksmiths in the Killeen/Copperas Cove area and the majority of them didn't even bother to answer. The couple that did answer wanted an absurd amount to come out and rekey my truck. Jesse promptly made the drive across Austin to my home in Copperas Cove at 7 pm and completed the job with the quickness before heading to his next job all the way back in Austin. I appreciate Jesse's hustle and professionalism and would highly recommend the Armory Lock and Key to anyone.
