I called First Quality Lock and Key at 1:15pm on a Friday to schedule an appointment for a re-keying of a new house I just bought. There was no need to schedule an appointment, they arrived at my new house at 2:30pm the same day. Technician was very quick to get all needed locks re-keyed. I went with First Quality through a referral from my realtor, and I can see why he tells all his clients about this place. I would definitely recommend. Pricing was also very competitive. This will be the only place that I call whenever needing any type of locksmith service. Great Job! A+. I would give 10 stars if I could.

This place is awesome. Steve is very professional and he always takes care of me while I wait. I've done many locks and keys over there he always gets it right.they can do lots of unusual keys for unusual cabinets wen tool boxes.

When he said that he could make a duplicate key but couldn't guarantee that it would work, well... he wasn't kidding, it didn't. Before I left I told him that the tip was off and the landings didn't go deep enough he only said that it was what the machine could do. He didn't even bother to check it himself or try to make any correction.

When I entered the store, no one was to be found. I looked at the safes; wandered around when a man emerged from the back. Didn't ask if I needed assistance. Just stood there. As I approached the counter, he turned away and started cutting keys. I was prepared to purchase a safe today, I guess I will take my money elsewhere

When we began having problems locking and unlocking the door that goes to the garage we thought we needed a new lock. We called the people at 1st Quality Lock and Key and were happy they could come out the same day. When the locksmith showed up he immediately started working on the problem and after just a few minutes got it working like new! He explained that it just needed a little lubrication and strike adjustment to get it back to normal. Then he asked if there were any other lock problems that needed attention while he was here. I remembered a file cabinet that accidentally got locked (and we've never had a key). He not only got it open but made us a key! Would definitely recommend this place! : )
