I asked multiple times how much they would charge me to unlock my vehicle and couldn't give me a clear answer, they said 'prices start at $25', then the locksmith shows up and tries charging me $110 because supposedly he drove from San Antonio to Pleasanton....... Why do I care where he came from? This ad is in the Pleasanton region, if you are not located in Pleasanton then don't advertise in Pleasanton!!!! Or at least mention there will be an extra cost. Terrible service, no clear answers to my questions, prices are way too high, don't use this guys.

Very misleading on price, said they were 25 to 30 min away but took them an hour and a half. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
