Fast and easy are the first words that come to mind. Steve Anderson was very professional and I am extremely happy with the service.After calling around to find different prices, I called C & S to schedule a time to get a copy of a key as soon as possible. I am working all day today, so I figured I'd schedule a time in the future. He arrived within 5-10 minutes and only took up 5 minutes of my time allowing me to return back to my work.I have a hard time dealing with anything mechanical due to myself not being too mechanically inclined, but I did not feel this way with this company at all. I have had issues opening my trunk with my key for the past 5 years, and he noticed it and fixed it free of charge without me asking.10/10 would recommend. I will absolutely be calling this company for any needs I have in the future and would recommend you doing the same.Thank you for the excellent service & great attitude!

I judge a business by asking myself if I would use them again, in this case I would and also recommend to people.Here is the service I received, residential re-keying for a house I bought.On Time.Professional and courteous.Job was finished in less time than I thought it would be.The estimate was spot on in my case. He even had to guess at all the work that would be done and figured that out before he arrived. That speaks of experience.He made sure everything worked to my satisfaction before leaving.Like I said, I will use C&S again when the need arises.

Steve is the consummate pro, he handled what i considered to be a nightmare type situation and had me going in 10-15 minutes. A hint to anyone who is having problems with their existing keys with an older vehicle door lock (mine is a 97 ford truck). Try spraying a bit of lube in the keyhole first, that may save you some time and money! Steve is certainly my go to guy now for any type of locksmith needs but hopefully I won't have to call him again!!One more note, he can make keys onsite which is just plain great!

Great Service - they confirmed a time via text, texted me again when they were on the way, and texted when they finished. Very Convenient - they went to my house while I was at work, did their locksmith thing, and I paid via credit card over the phone. I don't know about value because I don't use locksmith services often enough to compare prices, but to me their service was worth what they charged.I will certainly call them the next time I need a locksmith.

I would give this 10 stars if I could. After traveling all day, I arrived at my house to find that none of my keys worked!Although it was after hours, Steve came out and got me into my house. The response time was much faster than I expected, and he did an amazing job in a very tough situation! Lost my car key while visiting a friend in Greenville. Steve was at my buddies house within 45 minutes and had two new keys cut on the spot, and fobs programmed in less than 20 minutes. No bull. I saved hundreds of dollars and several days of missed work by using C & S, as opposed to having the truck towed to the stealership and waiting until they could order and program new keyfobs. Steve was extremely professional and efficient. The service I received was top notch and I would recommend C & S to anyone.
