WOW! I went to three other places for a special key to be duplicated and none of the other places could help me. Action Lock Doc helped in every way- they were fast (they made the key within 10 minutes of me being there), affordable, and professional. terrible, we had a suddenly broken front door lock-told them this even discribed it to them on the phone, said they'd be out the next morning and could replace or fix it..on time...but couldn't do anything, said they don't carry home door locks-could order one in four to five days!! No charge but a wasted morning...never again!!

These guys are great. Very friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person. I will definitely use them again and recommend them. I locked my key fob in my car (which isn't supposed to happen). I had the key code and called them to see if they could make me a key. They put me on hold and had to hunt for the right one. They found it, made me a key and saved me $$$. Plus now I have an extra key!

Bought a Schlage Smart Lock from Amazon. Needed to get it re-keyed so the key would match all the rest of my house locks. I called on Thursday, 8/30, for a service call to my residence. Employee said they were booked up and 'might' be able to 'work me in' on Friday, 8/31. For sure they could answer my call on Tuesday, 9/4. A service technician called on Friday morning about 10:00 a.m. asking when he could come to my residence. I told him any time after 1:00 p.m. At 1:15 p.m. the service technician called and said he could be here in 30 minutes if that was convenient. The tech arrived at 1:50 p.m. Fixed my problem within 20 minutes. Their tech, Jeff, was a very nice young man. Appeared to be very knowledgeable, was pleasant, was courteous and articulate. Most of the time you never know who might show up or how they might perform. This was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this company. Jeff is an excellent representative of this company.

Amazing experience!From talking to the office to Jeff coming to install new locks at our house. The office called and emailed a bid quickly and kept me updated, since I ordered special equipment. My original car key broke so I bought a blank key online. I went to Home Depot to make a copy and they said I have to buy a $70 key so they can copy it for me since they won't take the key I bought online. Then I went to this place. The staff here was very friendly and professional. They cut the key and made sure it was working before I left. The best part is.. They only charged me $5!! These guys are amazing. Definitely coming back here.

Fast & affordable. What a great business!I went in last Saturday (the 20th) to see about getting the key fobs replaced for my 2013 Santa Fe Sport. On both fobs the rubber was worn and broken to the point where a few of the buttons would no longer work.The helpful folks inside said they didnt have any in the store but would order them and call me. A price was quoted for the two fobs ($360.00 for two <ouch>) but that included the cutting of the keys and the programming of the fobs. They said they should be in on Wednesday.On Tuesday I received a voicemail saying the fobs were in and to come in when I had time. Its been a rather crazy week for me so I didnt get around calling back until Thursday to let them know I would be in on Saturday the 27th. They were glad I called back and said no rush and thanked me for the call back.Went in today (the 27th) and the same person who helped us the first time in ordering the fobs was there. Sorry, I ever caught your name and I really should have asked.He was ready, willing and able to help. I handed over my current fobs and he got to work. Unfortunately, I think my keys gave him a bit of frustration. However, he persevered and worked on making sure the cut was correct and accurate. It took a little longer than he had anticipated and I was starting to feel guilty. Never once did he grumble or gripe, he just kept working away.He was able to get the cut correct (apparently the software in the computer was a little off so he had to recalibrate the cutter a few times) and then set about testing the keys in all the door locks and then got the fobs programmed.Overall, GREAT customer service and a friendly and fun personality. As a final note, KUDOS to commenting on my Doctor Who t-shirt which ended with us all in a great conversation about Doctor Who episodes, the various actors who have played the Doctor and about British actors and their versatility in general in being able to play any type of role or character!Will definitely be referring friends who need locksmithing work done to Action Lock Doc!

These guys were quick to get me a replacement Bluetooth key for my car. They had the best price with no junk fees such as laser cutting or programming everything was included in the price and it was the best price I could find. I highly recommend calling these guys first if you have to replace a car key whether it's the old style or the new Bluetooth style which is what I have. It was much better and cheaper than going to the dealership.

I have used Action Lock Doc for about 10 years and they have always done a great job at our office. We have had them rekey the building, install Trilogy leverets, put in a new access control system, adjust door closers, make file cabinet keys, etcI also recently used them to cut and program a new remote for my car. Jeff and Jeremy did a great job!!! And the price was way cheaper than the dealership to boot.

Worst service ever, call them and got price, had come out to my location to rekey, before I arrived they asked to show I have the access to the space, I do, but after hand off the phone they just txt me said can't do it and ask me to call other company, and ignoring my call. If you want locksmith go to other company, bc this is not a locksmith, they don't know they job.

I bought a BMW X3 for my wife as a different car from our 10 Lincolns. The X3 only came with one key and the remote part did not work. The used car dealer only knew to buy a new key from BMW for a cost of $280. I buy Lincoln keys off Ebay all the time and they are easy to program with the computer-vehicle interface system I have in order to maintain all the Lincolns.I got the keys and had a hard time finding a locksmith that could even cut the keys due the the slab-type design of the key. They couldn't program the transponder however. I called a BMW dealer and they said I had to buy a new key, according to the car's VIN. Takes three days, $280 for each key.I called around to five different non-BMW store repair shops. None of them could program the keys. The last one I called told me about Lock-Doc. I called them and they said, 'Sure, we do it all the time.' We dropped off the little car with the two Ebay keys and picked it up later that evening. They had to pull the CAS computer module out of the car and solder wires to the card for a transponder computer to program the keys. Lots of hard work for a great price.Now we have three working keys, two new ones for a total less than one key from BMW. I found little BMW logos on Ebay to make the generic keys look like OEM keys. However, after this, I'm sticking to Lincolns. I already know them and much easier to work on.

GREAT experience. Went in to get a huge flip-key for my wife's Acura and we discussed it. Ended up getting a much smaller key without the keyless entry, since it's just a spare. The dealer wanted $215, their price (for the giant flip-key) was $120. Got the smaller, non-remote chipped key for $75. The whole process took ten minutes. Plus, I learned a few things about chipped keys and remotes. Good deal all around.
