OMG he's a lifesaver!! I locked myself out of the house on a Saturday morning, a holiday weekend at that. I called and Phillip answered the phone himself and he was at my house inside 30 minutes. I lost my key fob, called a ton of places none of which would give me a straight price over the phone. This was completely different with Phillip. He gave me the bottom line price which was EXTREMELY fair. He communicated well. Right before he was due to arrive, I found my key. I called and told him, offered to pay a trip charge, which he declined. He did not seem put out at all, he seemed happy for me as a person to have found my key. He is a person that truly wants to help people. I would highly recommend this gracious and professional locksmith anytime.

Conveniently comes to you, has great customer service and very reasonable prices. I drive a Mini Cooper (lost the key) and had called a few places that weren't able to program/cut a key for it. Luckily, one directed me to Intellikey. Not only was he able to program/cut a key for my Mini, but for $100's less than the dealership had quoted me. Another BIG plus for this place is that I received a key right then and there. The dealership had told me it would take 2 to 5 DAYS to receive my key! I highly recommend this company and it's services!

I called and a real person answered, no voicemail! Philip was professional, friendly and was able to come quickly and repair my ignition lock, so I didn't have to tow my vehicle! His prices are great, he showed up on time, did great work and was very knowledgeable and experienced - definitely not his first rodeo.
