Called about a couple weeks ago and the person I spoke to was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable about everything he could offer me with a quote. So I call THIS morning to act on the quote and apparently I've lost my marbles because they don't offer what the first man offered AND THEN when I told him someone else told me something different, he didn't even want to hear and said they don't do that. Wasn't willing to hear me out or anything....and I really needed it done this morning. So thanks Dix Key Shop... Get on the same program with your coworkers and stop offering things that can't be done. So unhappy with the place!!!!!!!!!!

The level of service I receive from the staff at Dix Key Shop is nothing short of exceptional. I've never had a copied key fail to work on the first try. They've come out on location to change locks for our businesses (The Vape Stop, Hemp Mode, etc) and the work has been flawless and the tech's professional and personable. I've not called anyone else for service for a very, very long time. I don't feel I pay any extra for the level of service I receive so I'm not paying extra. You get what you pay for and for what I receive, there's no better value.

The employees were fast and courteous. I came in with a broken car key that had a key fob and chip, he gave me multiple options for a wide array of budgets. Very accommodating and if you want a cool key for your home or whatever they have a huge selection. I will for certain return for all my key needs.

The best place in town to get car keys made. They are priced better than the dealership, faster than the dealership, and have great quality keys. I never have any problems with durability on chipped keys. Customer service is great as well. If there is a problem, they take care of it quickly.
