Great customer service, and honest company. The battery on my personal handgun safe died. Sam and Renee took great care of me. I luckily stumbled onto their business after a long hospital shift in military uniform. These gentlemen easily picked the lock into my safe and changed the battery in less than 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this business for anyone who needs locksmith work and will return for any needs in the future.

The overall experience was pleasant.The only hiccup was the availability upon immediate request...Which had much to do with an error on my part.But everything else was well above average.The service, the professionalism and the desire to please us as customers throughout the entire process well exceeded that of just the initial sloppy phone calls answered by competitors.Many of the individuals that answered for other companies didn't even attempt to make an effort to assist us without first establishing that we'd have to come out of pocket and pay them to visit the facility.And the manner in which they stated this directive was unprofessional.But with Champion, we didn't face any of the nickle and diming....They were direct and attentive.And they helpful and transparent.Do yourself a favor.Call these guys and key your facility.

I had an Appointment on Saturday 2pm.3pm comes around no call no show.i called 2 times and left a voice mail on rena's phone.waited all day Monday for someone to call me back and make this right but no call.i called to see what happend and they said the tech could not get a hold of me. i was waiting that whole day, i received no missed calls or voicemails or texts.very disappointed.

Great customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the staff was there to help. Jacob was crazy quick with production of some keys... literally had three keys made and took less than 30 seconds for all three of them. I would recommend this business! A+

Was given a quote of $300 then over charged by $75 called Jay to ask why and he insured me he would fix the problem on Monday .. it is now Thursday. Lack of communication and bad business practices. Left several messages and no phone call back. Very disappointed with this company. Extremely unprofessional.

This place is NOT 24hrs. I called and was informed by an employee that the store closed at 6 PM. After taking off from work and driving driving 60 miles to get a key made, through rush hour traffic, I arrive at 5:50 PM to find the shop closed and locked. That's a 2 hour round trip based on an employee's word and the sign on their front door.

Great service! From the time I called to schedule a lock re-key to the time the technicians left my house, I was absolutely amazed at the service I received. They took a very stressful experience and made me feel so at ease and comfortable. Also, for their quick response time, they were very reasonably priced. I hope not to need a locksmith again, but if I do, they're the only ones I'll call. Definitely recommend!

So, about a month ago my daughter was home with her 11 1/2 month old baby who is crawling like a flash. My daughter stepped outside to throw away the garbage and the baby crawled over to the sliding door and locked the floor lock. Yes, she locked her mama outside. We tried a different locksmith but they would not be there for hours. I called Champion locksmith and within 20 minutes they had a locksmith arrive. He assessed the situation, was very calm and understood how upset we were that the baby was locked inside, alone. We were so close to breaking a window but it wasn't necessary. Thank you for having quick and understanding people that take care of your needs when you need them. Especially in an emergency, which was our case. The baby was rescued (safely) and no damage to the house. I will so use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to all our friends. Thank you Champion lock & safe, you truly are Champions with us!

Drop my van off for slick lock. Took 3 hours to get to it and they weren't even busy. Then the guy doing it has to keep going in and out the store for things he forgot. Don't want to take away from his weight and physical condition but you must consider your customers as well. This only my opinion of the service but I will find somewhere else next time.

I bought a spare car key 2 months ago and they lost it after wasting an hour to find it. Then they reorder it but make me wait 2 months before I PERSONALLY had to call them about it after they said it'd be in a FEW DAYS. Once I come to pick it up (2 months later) so they can program it, it's taking over an hour to program, this is making me over an hour late for my job even though I'm told it's take at least 10 minutes and they killed my car battery in the process. They're lack of responsiveness and communication is appalling.

I've called multiple times and left my information to set up an appointment, but to no avail. Every time someone says they will 'call me back in a few minutes' no one ever does. Which is disappointing because their prices are awesome. All I want is to duplicate my current car key and pay them in CASH, but no one will give me the time of day, so I guess I will take my business elsewhere. Hopefully others will have better luck.

I recently locked myself out of my house. This was my first time doing this and hopefully the last. I was a little nervous about calling a random locksmith to come and rescue me. When I called Champion they were very friendly, helpful, and we're at my house with in 5 minutes of me calling them. I would defiantly tell anybody who is locked out of their home or vehicle to use Champions!

Went in ready to buy an expensive replacement key fob, and because they took the extra step to check the old one that I was sure was broken, they figured out I had a bad battery. Called several other places in town and explained I had a broken fob and nobody said 'come in and let us look at it and make sure before you spend money on a new one'. Hundreds saved! Thank you Jeremy and Jay for your honesty and taking the time to double check the issue.

1 star for getting to my home super fast! That was impressive. When the service man got to my house, he said it would be an extra $35 on top of what I was quoted over the phone because of the door type (garage ) staying it would be more difficult. This was ridiculous seeing as how the lock was an ordinary lock. I declined the service and called a different company who saw no issues and literally opened the lock within seconds. I don't appreciate someone trying to pull one over on me. Why would he need an extra 35 bucks ($110 total to drive over, pick the lock and create a key) to pick a lock not different from my front door lock? This was upsetting as I was happy to have found this locksmith company not far from my home.

Very poor comunication with the worker was told that someone was going to come out and take care of my ignition cylinder and he never showed up i had to keep texting him seeing why he never came he told me he was having car trouble and so forth and that he was still coming still no show he still didnt try to contact me let me know that he wasnt coming are nothing so i tried calling him several times after that and no answer what so ever smh.. so this morning i called him again he finally answered and told me he was tired and wasnt going to be able to come out today either and didnt have anybody else that could come and help me either till monday smh...so after that im just fustrated with the hole little situation with this company i was just thinking in my head i thought yall are a 24 hour locksmith service.. just poor communication with them and they wasnt helpful at all i would not recommend them to anybody
