Asked this guys to come program my key and they agreed with me for a specific price and when the technician got there, he gave me 2 the agreed price and that have to pay for call service if I don't need the service or job done. This just happened on two different occasions. I actually thought it was the customer service fault the first time but this time around was a different individual but the same thing happened. Worst company ever!!!

I got locked out of my car late at night, and when I called Gold Rush, they said it would cost about $50 (possibly more if the car is difficult to open) to get into my car. When the technician arrived, however, he informed me that it would cost $190. I wasn't in a good position to refuse, so I payed, but I called the next day and filed a complaint. I never heard back from them, and as I called back over the following days, I was put on indefinite hold and hung up on repeatedly. Look elsewhere for a locksmith with integrity.
