My key broke and I came here to get it replaced. When deciding on whether or not I should get a car key with an attached fob or not, they gave me a straight forward answer: The tech recommended I get a standard key because it is more durable and is much less expensive. The whole process took 15 minutes. It was very simple. The receptionist was a little abrasive, but I think it was just her personality. She was not condescending or rude.

Daughter needed a key made. They charged 190.00 for her key. Which they only gave her a remotless key. Thats a rip off. For that price she should of gotten at least the keyfob she needed for her car. If you call a company during working hours they cannot charge for after hour prices. Just cause they wont get to you during those hours. The term 'after hours' literally means if you call after they have closen.

We stopped in to get a push to start key fob for a Toyota Avalon. In less than an hour, the locksmith was back at the shop and had a fob and programmed it. Very friendly local shop. We have used AAAA before and will continue to do so.

Twas the week before Christmas...and somebody stole my damn keys! Thankfully AAAA key was available Saturday morning to come help me get my car going again. The first tech determined that the ignition needed to be replaced, however he didnt have the one for my exact year/make/model on his van. The owner himself arrived a short while later with the appropriate ignition and between the two of them they got us taken care of. Not only did they get us rolling again but they keyed the new ignition to match the doors and trunk so that we could still lock and unlock the vehicle and use our trunk. From dispatch to service this company was stellar to work with. Theyre kind, prompt and efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend AAAA Key and Lock!

It hurts anytime you lock yourself out of your car and have to pay to get it open.BUT this company made the $70 well worth it, while others may have tried charging $60 with the possibility of other fees.AAAA gave a flat rate price and had two very skilled and friendly service members come to my location. In the time it took one of them to complete the paperwork for me, the other one had gotten the door open.I can see how some people might get angry at or asking how easy it is for them to pop a door, but they are also nice enough to suggest getting a couple spares that cost much much less so you don't have to be in the spot again.ANY business that would rather have you be a spot where you DON'T need them, but are still available IF you need them...Is a winner!--note: The associate I spoke to on the phone at the office has the type of personality that may scare most people, but if you're CLEAR, CONCISE and KNOW WHAT YOU NEED she's very accommodating and kind to customers.

Horrible customer services on the phone! And said it would be a charge after hours when it says they close at nine and its only 8:00 so youre gonna charge me extra 90 dollars for a hour before you close for after hours. That is a scam do not use this worthless service

Spoke with MS. Bonnie, super sweet lady. Price was great and was able to get same day appointment to replace truck key (chipped key). Cheaper than the dealership. Scott was the technician who came out to replace the key very friendly, courteous and fast. And this was during the hottest part of the day in July. Would recommend them to anyone. Nice honest people!!!

This place is great, I lost my only vehicle key and after I'd completely shredded my house I called them and gave them the year/make/model and they had someone in my driveway first thing the next morning. 15 minutes later the technician was knocking on my door with a new pair on a keyring. The lady that answered my call was informative and friendly and let me send a photo of my ignition to her cell phone to forward to the Technician so he knew what kind of job it was before he arrived.Hopefully I don't need them again but if anyone else does I'll be highly recommending.

My son lives in San Marcos (attends Texas State) and called to inform me he lost his keys. I immediately searched the internet for locksmiths or key replacement. I wanted a local place and found AAAA Key and Lock. They quickly responded and answered all of my questions. My son ended up calling them the next day and they sent someone over within an hour. They were very friendly and helpful. He has a push start car, so we already knew it would be expensive. AAAA was actually cheaper than what the dealer quoted me and they gave him 2 keys. I'm greatly appreciative of their help, quick response time, and friendly demeanor. Thank you!

I have to say great costumer services. From the dispacther answering calls and and answering any question I made have. I made my appointment and within 30 mins I had someone come to my house and make me a set of keys. It was bad enough I lost my keys and remote to my chevy silverado truck. Absolutely horrid service. When we called to get a quote the dispatch had originally quoted us $15 for the trip there and $25-35 for the service depending on the security level of the car. The contractor assigned to us then called 5 minutes later and said he wanted a flat rate fee, and that we were to call back for that from the dispatch. After going about this for another 5 minutes the dispatch then says its going to be $99. Thats a big leap from $50 at most. We canceled this job, obviously. They kept giving us the run around and had no idea of what they were talking about. needless to say we will not be bringing our business back to this place
