Great hardware store!

Horrible return policy and terrible customer service. The owners are literally able to make up whatever policies they want when they want. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to McCoys where the employees VALUE their customers and will actually work to make you happy. When doing construction or any home project it is imperative to be able to have flexibility when items dont work properly and this place will absolutely refuse to work with you and corporate customer service is basically just as bad. Lowes and Home Depot are the best options possible and have NEVER once given their customers trouble when making returns. Consider yourself warned and just make the drive to any place but here.

Great small town hardware store. Every time I've gone they always have what I need and surprisingly unlike other stores in the area it seems to me the items I purchase are very reasonable priced for the product it is.

Worse hardware store experience I've ever seen. Rudest employees possible. No help what-so-ever and doesn't carry anything you would need. It'll be worth driving to another town just to avoid this place. Hope they go out of business.
