Have used these guys in the past. Had to call them back out more than once to get the job done. Had an issue with a door not opening from the inside and needed someone to come out in a hurry and was told it would be a few hours. After explaining that it was urgent and I would be calling around to get someone out sooner, the guy was rude over the phone. The needs of your customer in a difficult situation should not be met with frustration. I called Midway Lock and Key and the owener was quick to respond even though they already had a call.

I'm thoroughly impressed with Lock Doc Sherman! The 5 star reviews are legitimate and we will definitely use them again if needed. I called last minute in the middle of a move and spoke to Travis. He sent Josh out almost immediately when I got to my house. Josh was so helpful asking me questions I hadn't even thought of regarding my doors and needs. Once we knew what I needed, he quickly went to work and finished in a flash. I called back because in all the chaos I forgot to have them look at another lock. They said they would send someone back out and not recharge me the service fee. Thank you for all your help today!! It's especially nice to know there are reliable, efficient, and reasonably priced services locally.

I had locked my keys in my truck. It was very hot and I was circling my truck in a parking lot trying to figure out what I was going to do. Two employees from Lock Doc pulled up in the van and opened my door in literally a matter of seconds. They did it not expecting anything! Some of the nicest people and really know their profession well. I still can't believe how fast they were. I highly recommend these guys. Nobody better!

The van of this company was driving very aggressive. On my daughters rear bumper. He then pulls beside her threatening her. Calling her names to the point she called 911. She is a teenager. The driver was a grown man. I called and talked to Travis. He actually was the guy. But he blamed it on his brother. Thats about par for the course for this guy. Chases down a teenager. Gets aggressive with her. Then blames his brother. Wow. I talked to the brother Josh. Nice guy. Very respectful. I would use Josh. I wouldnt have anything to do with Travis.

OK, I was an idiot for using my car key as a screw driver. Yeah, it snapped in two. But you got to be kidding me! The local Ford dealer actually quoted me a price TEN times higher than Lock Doc. It was so outrageous, I had to go for a second opinion. The guys at Lock doc came up with a creative way to cut the sensor out of my broken key (without damaging the sensor) and inserting it into one of their blanks. I begged them to let me pay more; but they just said to tell some friends. The key does not have a Ford logo on it, but other than that looks identical. This was the second time Lock doc has saved me in a huge way (in time, in hassle, and in MONEY) Love you guys!!!
