The guy who came was super nice. The car was open in about 3 minutes. It only took them 20 minutes to get to us. Which is lucky cause my girlfriend locked her keys in her car...with the car running...yeah not smart on her part, but I really great experience.

They always do my key right. I get older cars and key get wore down and won't turn the cylinder to the ignition. I can take that old key in and they redo mine with a new one factory new for 15$ copy are 3$ also they give me a code on paper just in case I lock car or lose the key I call them give them the code and they can make a new on and bring it to me. They are very helpful and super friendly. Saved me many $ . ty

It was so unfortunate to here that today she was turned away because apparently she was arguing with the man but instead it seems as if he may have just been nasty. My mom had a key fob replaced. Less than 3 weeks later, the replacement completely fell apart. She did ask if they offer any type of warranty (less than 3 weeks) and the guy tossed her keys back and said she was arguing with him and refused to help. So sad that customer service or even backing your work has come to this.

I needed a battery replaced in my car key fob and had already purchased the batteries I thought were the correct ones. I went to Pop-A-Lock and right away the nice man at the counter let me know I had the wrong batteries but he had the right one for me. He replaced it and I was ready to go in less than 5 minutes for about $5!!!!
