I have bought a lot of guns for many different places and they ether to high in price and dont know what there talking about or just dont care if you Buy from them . But affordable lock and safe is not that way at all. They know how to help you and genuinely want to get you what you want and need and at great price at that . I will not buy from anywhere else but affordable lock and safe . Dont make the mistake by shopping and buying from other places.

I don't believe the owner of this company has any idea what the definitions of honesty, integrity or good moral character are. I choose to do business with someone who holds these things in high regard. If you have any option at all, I'd advise you to do business with anyone else.

I spent over $100 to get some transponder keys cut for my truck. They work in ignition but not in door. The employees acted like they didnt care and blamed it on my truck lock without even looking at it, even after visiting the store twice to complain about it. I went to Home Depot and got a key cut and it worked fine. I understand that mistakes happen but they did absolutely nothing to investigate or try to fix the issue for a customer.

Outrageously priced even though we agreed upon a reasonable price over the phone, but when the man showed up he refused to do the work until I paid much much more than he said he was charging. Terrible customer service and rude employees. I have no idea how this company still has a business based on the extreme unprofessionalism. On top of the terrible experience the job wasnt even done right and I would highly recommend using any other locksmith besides this one.

I telephoned this so-called company at 10:47 AM on December 20, 2018, I explained I had a house with five individual locks that needed to be re-keyed. The man who answered the phone with hello, stated he had a technician that would be calling me in just a few minutes. I asked if he had my number on his collar ID, to which he replied yes. I hung up and three hours past when I called him back and asked the status of the technician who is calling me. The same voice who answered earlier stated his technician had just finished a huge job and would be calling me in just a few minutes. I again asked if he had my number, to which he replied yes. After waiting 45 minutes for the technician to call, I decided to call a reputable service who is based in Dickinson Texas, Protech locksmithing. They showed up within 45 minutes and completed the rekeying job in under an hour. If you do choose to use this service, I would strongly recommend you ask for his Texas Department of Public Safety licensing and ID card that locksmiths in Texas are required by law to have on them at all times while working.

While Trevor was very nice on the phone. He made promises he didnt keep. This company was a no show at my house for two days. No update calls. So...terrible service. While they may be great for walk in getting a key made, I would not use them for onsite service. Very disappointed.

Horrible service!!! We called them at around 12ish to come reprogram our car and to make us a new key. They said they where at a job and would be there at 3. I asked if they could call 20 minutes before they would be there and his response was yes. So when we did not receive a call I noticed him and he was at a job and would call when on his way. We waited awhile and no call so we called another locksmith and they should up in no time at all. It's 10:30 at night now and still no call. Thank God we called someone else. Definitely will not ever send business to them.

I am a contractor in the area and use locksmiths quite offen glad one was so close he re keyed one entry lock 3min total job waited 7min while he negotiated a gun deal charged me $35 goan lock smiths in league city charges $7 for thats 5 X's more on top of that couldn't give me a receipt i know starting a new business has overhead but REALLY!!!!
