These guys are great. They took the time to make sure the keys made we accurate. Made house keys and truck keys plus the remote and all work fine. They guarantee their work and said if I have any problem with a key to bring it to them and they would correct the issue.

These guys are great! I was having problems with my safe and I was very afraid of somehow locking myself out. I filled out a request on their web site, and within 5 minutes I received a call. They asked me a series of questions about the issue I was having. The quickly zeroed in on the problem, which I am embarrassed to say was user error/ignorance. After explaining what the problem was, he remained on the phone while I opened and locked the safe several times. Them taking the time to listen and explain what I was doing wrong saved me a service call. I think other locksmith services would have just scheduled an appointment. Their professionalism saved my money. If I ever have any need for locksmith services, I will definitely be giving them a call!

I had several difficult to find keys that I needed copies of before the originals were lost-missplaced-etc. Randall walked straight to the wall of keys and effortlessly picked the correct blanks and went right to work. He offered to mark two of the blanks with a stamp as they looked very similar (no charge). He then quickly turned the keys, separated them onto different rings, and away I went! Every key works flawlessly (one better than the original lol). Quick and easy with great customer service. I highly recommend!

Went in for online purchased key programming, was told $95 for programming and key cut. Couldn't program, charged me $60. Expressed my concern, ultimately owner told me, 'I don't need your business', I wasn't rude but was adamant that the charge doesn't make sense if u can't provide the service, no apologies, won't be back. Wasn't told of chg no matter what...

Had to give five stars for the nice greeting I received, but was told the key I wanted to duplicate was 'a rare key' and would be $4.50 each. The Schlage pad lock was just purchased last week. I went to Home Depot and they duplicated the key for $2.19 regular price. They had no idea why it would be called rare. I have to assume that the person at Guardian was mistaken. It happens.

I had them out to rekey ALL of the locks in our home. They were running a bit behind schedule but called to give me an update about when they would arrive and they made multiple keys for me. They were also able to make a copy of our mailbox key. The technician also spoke to me about an electronic deadbolt as a future possibility. I was VERY pleased with the service.

Highly recommend using this company if youre looking for locksmith in Houston. Customer service was awesome on the phone. Aaron was very prompt and super friendly! He noticed the battery in my wifes vehicle was actually dead after he made me a new key. I didnt have any jumper cables so Aaron drove to the nearest Home Depot to pick some up. I didnt even have to ask! Overall extremely satisfied with the service we received!
