I needed to get my locks changed on my truck because the keys were not working. My first contact with a locksmith told me that they could not fix my truck key and they suggested this place. I was a little concerned but I went with it and this place inside had a bunch of safes and locks and keys. I told the gentleman what I needed and he said he can do it he also said that he can fix my ignition switch which was great because I didn't know they did that too. It did take a few hours to do it because they were busy but I did not mind because I didn't have anything to do that day. When finished the price was not as high as I thought and I was happy. Now I can open my truck door with a little resistance but it was better than not being able to open it. I would recommend this place if you have a older car that you need changing the locks. I am sure they do newer ones too.

The service was fair when I finally was waited on. The lock keys I had made did not work. So much for going to the experts. When I returned to have the keys adjusted, I was told that there was no warranty even though this was never explained initially and, there was no sign stating this. After a discussion on the phone later with the owner, I was told that he would not be helping me with the expenses incurred due to their poor workmanship. Therefore, I was left with the obvious impression that this company does not stand behind their work. Pitiful ,!!!!

Stay away! These clowns tried to rip me off. I went there for new car keys and remote. They cut the keys then after fumbling around for three hours, we're unable to make the buttons on the remote (lock, unlock, panic) function the car. They still wanted to charge me full price! On a job they were too incompetent to finish! Had to walk away. Most folks have to go to the dealerships nowadays; half a job doesn't cut it.

I lost the key to my Uhaul truck while moving; I contacted Randy and he had stayed they are getting ready to close. I arrived right at closing but he had stated he was waiting for me. I had giving him the code and he cut my key in less than two minutes. The charge was $25...I cracked some military jokes. He was in the navy and I was in the army...he stayed open later and chatted some more. Very friendly guy...highly recommended!

Youd think for 200.00$ for a deadbolt on a buisness theyd take the time to clean up but nope left metal everywhere even the parts they cut out.Pictures will be included between price and cleaning I rate them 1 star

I brought a gas cap lock off of a Yamaha motorcycle to the pros at Locksmith Services of Tyler that another company out of Tyler had not been able to rekey, and within 10 minutes Felix from Locksmith Services had a new working key for me. Felix advised me that the key may not work in the ignition and to come back if it didn't. I was pleasantly surprised that my new key did work in the ignition but unfortunately would not open the seat lock, so I came back in to Locksmith Services of Tyler and Felix gave me a couple more keys to try, at no charge. I took the new keys home and one of them worked in all three locks! Felix really went above and beyond to get my bike fixed. I highly recommend Locksmith Services to anyone who is locked out or has lost their keys.Thank you Locksmith Services of Tyler!!!
