Had to get injection switch put in but didnt have transpoter keys only reg so had to buy 2 of them so truck would start ontop of that he put in codes wrong both key & switch didnt match oth guy helped told him both ket & swich must be same soon as he did that it worked 2 hrs for shouldve been 20 mins or less charged $180 including tax. Oh let you all know after 2000 its required to have 2 tranponder keys to switch out switch..

I was excited to try this company after all the good reviews. Business must be good that they can afford to talk condescendingly and lose customers. I got one quote one day and another quote the next. Perhaps they didn't understand what I was asking, but I gave the same information and they accused me of changing my story. If they handled it professionally, perhaps we could have move forward, but I'm not going to give my business here

Sent my daughter to get a new OEM Key Fob programmed and they said it would cost $100.00 to program it. When they went to program the Key Fob, they said that it wasnt being recognized by their equipment and wanted full payment for hooking up to diagnostic equipment. I called in an attempt to work things out and spoke with the owner of the company. I wanted to see if I could exchange the Key Fob for a new one and they try again within the same week at no cost. They flat out said NO and that I would be charged full price again. I understand in making a living as a business owner but also believe in trying to work things out with the customer. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this locksmith and urge anyone reading this review to beware of their business practices.

Save yourself time and frustration and go somewhere else! I had to give it at least 1 star to write my comments and they don't deserve that. VERY DISSATISFIED! Paid $240 up front for 2 key FOBs for my son's vehicle. Was told it would take 1 week. Never got contacted after a week, so I went to their store. Was told the FOB employee quit and took all the FOBs with her (excuse in my book). So they told me they were re-ordering and they would arrive 'within a couple days'. It is now 15 days since they charged my card and still no FOBs. Went into store today and requested to speak with owner. The employee texted him/her with my number at noon and I never heard from them. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Crazy dudes I called for a quote on van key cut was told about 5 dollars I show up and told its 20 per key without programming. Seriously I just went on Vance Jackson and got both keys cut for 4.00 and if my dealer will not program this guy will do it for 25.00 your loss Village Locksmith.

Same here with pricing. Called and was quoted one price then doubled it when called a few weeks later. Guess it just depends what day you catch them on.... Didn't use there service found another company to fix the key for 1/3 of price.

My 2003 Honda wouldn't start, my ignition lock froze and require replacing which also required the immobilizer and keys to be recorded. I tried several other locksmiths before find Village Locksmith. Village gave the best price, over a $150.00 less, fastest service and the technician is a Master. He corrected all the errors of the previous locksmiths and had my Honda Civic running like new. THANK YOU Village Locksmith.

Ford dealership wanted 430$ for a new key bought a blank for less than 30$ brought it here and they cut and programmed it quick and for only a little over 100$ amazing

Very nice people. My boyfriend decided to get his car faab from village locksmith because they were more affordable than a dealership. My boyfriend kept dropping his keys and eventually one of the screws on the faab came out. I went to village locksmith hoping to get it fixed or get an extra screw. The lady upfront was able to get me a screw so I could pop it back into place. It was free of charge and I did appreciate that since businesses charge you for anything now a days! This place is my go to locksmith shop!

They always have an answer to your locking needs and problems. I have been a customer since for many years. From coded home door locks to making keys without having an original key to copy by using a highly skilled process involving using a blank key and pushing the blank key into the lock device and reading the markings. Fascinating. They even can open safes without having the combination. They do it all and their prices are super reasonable.

Pleasant family owners waited for me after their closing time to get my truck to them, even offering to come to me if I couldn't due to its broken ignition key chip. Once I got there, they made a key that looked better made than the factory provided one's. Yet all this was completed in no time at all, I was given a spare chip-less key, and the price was so reasonable, places I looked before would have laughed if I asked for a similar price Obviously, I can't say enough good about them, but to give you an idea of what it means.... I can't stand writing any kind of review, yet I took the time and wrote all this for others to see!!!!

Price described over phone was not what was charged. They said it would be a 'starting price' of $40 and a $30 service fee. Anytime someone says 'starting price' run to the hills because they will charge every fee imaginable... a tool fee, a convenience fee, a thinking fee, and breathing fee. Do not expect them to be accurate with price. I got a receipt for $130, with no explanation of services provided. Never using them again.
