He was prompt and on time. He arrived at the time that he quoted. He stayed in contact the whole time and gave me updates as to how far away he was. He honored his monetary quote given over the phone and went above and beyond the services requested of him. He did more than asked to do with a smile and was very sociable the whole time. Extremely impressive!!! Henry has come to my rescue twice now. once at 2:00 am I had a flat . 30 minutes from the time I called him he me back on the road. The second time was 3:00 PM and it was over 100 degrees. Once again he had me on my was with in 30 minutes. His prices are extremely cheap for the service he gives. A real gentleman always worries about your safety while your waiting on him. I wont call anyone else. Thanks Henry

It was 5 AM when my family and I were stranded on the side of highway 35. We werent familiar with the area and no one was open or able to help us. However, I finally stumbled upon Mr. Henrys Happy Jacks Repair shop online and I gave him a call immediately. Henry was so patient and proactive the moment he picked up the phone. They were able to pick up my car after a few hours of waiting but as I had been waiting since 12 and it wasn't until 445am that they got there, i left at 4 am because my ride was waiting. I took pictures of my vehicle incase any damage occurred. It wasn't until I got my car back I noticed the front bumper had all the paint scratched off underneath and some wind diffusers were ripped. My friend who works at the shop it got fixed at sent me pictures of my car on the lift when they first put it up, and seeing as my car was not drivable due to a locked diff they had to push the car to the lift making it impossible to scratch it. They also sent me video surveillance of the car being dropped off and it scraping. When trying to get the pictures of my car that this tow company took, I had to call them and visit them repeatedly even though they said several times the pictures would be sent that night. When I finally got the pictures there were no pictures of the front of the car where the damage occurred conveniently. They told me they wouldnt pay for it and neither would their insurance and I needed to file with my insurance. When I asked who they had insurance through to file the claim they repeatedly told me I didnt need it and to just file with mine even though my insurance was asking for theirs. It was 3500 in repairs that BMW ended up helping me with. And yea my car is a low sports car but they should take care of the cars and have a flat bed truck not just a trailer with a steep angle. If they couldn't do the job then please let the customer know before you damage their property. If u have an expensive car u care about I would go a different route than these guys.
