Called because I was locked out of my car, they said over the phone it would be $19 for a service fee and start at $25 to actually open the car. I was hoping it would be less than $30 but went ahead and said to come and he said the guy would be here between 20-25 min later. I finally get a call about 25 min later and they said it would be another 30 min, I was unsure whether to just cancel because we had plans but wanted to just get my keys back so I agreed. He does show up about 35 min later but says right off the bat it would be $150 TO GET MY KEYS OUT!??!? I told him that the man over the phone asked my make, model, year and even color of the car over the phone and made it seem like I wouldnt spend over $50 and then he hits me with THIS NUMBER?? Although, chaz, the man they dispatched over to my house, was very nice about it and sort of apologetic I was baffled that I was basically lied to over the phone in the first place that it would be about $45 especially because they had all of the information about my car to give me A PROPER ESTIMATE. Of course I told Chaz that was not an option and I would just figure it out another way but then he asks me for the $19 service fee ADDING INSULT TO INJURY. Literally had to give the guy $20 of my money just for coming to my house 30+ min late to look at my car and tell me it was going to be triple the amount I was told over the phone in the beginning. Absolutely rediculous. I will NEVER EVER use this company again.
