He was able to fit me in that same day!! He even helped me even though they were technically closed for the day. Seriously a great experience. I work for a property management company and had a property that the deadbolt was not working out in Saratoga Springs, I was afraid it was going to cost a lot just to get a locksmith out there. I found Turn-A-Key on google and gave them a call because they were located nearer to the property. I explained to Jerren what was going on and he was able to immediately give me prices of what it would cost (even giving me a couple of different options of what could be wrong). After talking with the tenants he gave me a call back to apologize that it was a special kind of brand that would cost a little more and wanted to make sure that would be ok (all without even having actually gone to the appointment). I was impressed with my interactions with him and asked the tenant let me know how they felt, 'The locksmith was great. Good communication with us, arrived on time, and did the job efficiently. Our lock is fixed. I would recommend them.'

After calling several other locksmiths, Turn-a-Key was the only one who was able to get me the right key for my rack. They are fair and honest in their pricing and service. I had nightmares wondering how I would ever replace my lost key to a Mitsubishi. I heard horror stories about how expensive it would be to get a new key made from nothing. But Turn-a-Key was very easy to work with and quick. We set the appointment he was here on time and it took him less than an hour. To have three keys made and it was all done at a very low price. I shopped around and Jerren gave me the lowest quote and he kept that promise and charged what he quoted. Awesome service and what a relief to have it fixed.

I been locked out for a minute out of my place. Long-short story I asked for help in the community group and I got it, thank you Jerren. At first they told me how I could charge my Schlage lock but my model was older than those you can charge with 9v batt. After all my trying I reached out. I was debating between breaking the lock among other things..(not the brightest bulb here). Jerren was kind enough to give me an estimate, which is the most affordable locksmith I know. He spent a minute batteling with my lock...it had not been use for almost 2months. Is cold, is on the third floor and he is still cracking jokes and just happy to help me to open this house on a Friday night. Finally we get in, He installs the new battery, asks me if I have keys..which I never got when buying the place and makes two key for me for the price of one. I'm very thankful for this company, their honesty and warmth of caring.Thank you guys

I had my Nissan Titan and lost the remote and key. So I only had one key, called dealership and the cost of the remote was 175.00 and to program it 120.00 and the keys were around 75.00. So Im thinking this is way to high, so called a locksmith in my area Eagle Mountain, Utah and Turn-A-Key was for 2 remotes and one key 171.00 total. And he was so nice my hitch lock key was on the keys I lost and he took it off for free. So great service and he met me close to my place, so anyone need a good and reasonable cost locksmith this is the one to use. Thanks
