It was such a great experience! Quick, efficient, kind, and incredibly helpful! I didn't have the key that I needed to copy but Alex was able to cut one for me anyways! He included an extra key for no charge and even looked at why my key fob wasn't working when I asked! Price was absolutely reasonable and I would definitely recommend them!

I have a really unique key for the late 70's early 80's That I was stressing about being able to have a key made. I called Parson Lock and Key first thing Monday morning and spoke with Alex he said 'NO WORRIES I CAN HELP YOU'. I thought I would have to wait at least a couple of days for them to be out to my house but NO Alex said I can be there in 45 mins. He showed up early and was very Professional and polite. He was able to make me 2 new keys (that work awesome). I would highly recommend there services to anyone in need of a excellent locksmith.

These guys are the absolute best! I work at a car dealership and they are the only company we will use to make our keys. Companies in the past have had issues programming keys and have overcharged us due to them not knowing what they are doing. We never have that problem with Parson's. Best price around and excellent customer service. I called a handful of places to get a couple key fobs programmed and cut for a newer car and everywhere else was either rude service or crazy pricing, triple the cost for two keys!! Parsons was local and the entire service took about 20 minutes. Great pricing and great people. Do not waste time and money somewhere else. These people are the best!
