The whole team at Park City Lock & Key have been fantastic! I had to have my car re-keyed after a theft and they were prompt and saved me time and money over the dealership. Additionally, they rekeyed my home with new smartlocks. They arrived 20 minutes after my call and were really easy to work with and for a fair price. Jason was awesome. He was quick to respond and came over right away. He was helping our guests get into our place after the lock malfunctioned and we were out of town. He was talking to us over the phone and helping us understand the situation, which can be a challenge, but he was patient and clear. He took care of the job quickly, after hours, at a very reasonable cost. Otherwise, we would have been in a pickle. Can't say enough about them. They helped us out of a jam and did so in a concise and calm manner. They will definitely be getting our business moving forward.

When my keypad lock stopped working I called. They said they could come out ($88) or if I stopped in they would show me how to fix it myself. They also came out on a weekend when my son snapped his only key in his ignition. GREAT local company!

Very poor prices. I called to get a quote for a new key and their charges were up the wall. I called a place is Salt Lake City after and was quoted over a hundred dollars less for a key make.

We had a technician coming out to our rental place in Peoa, then he called us angry that we didn't tell him he would need all wheel drive and said he was going home and hung up on me. We had multiple cars with bad traction make it out easily that day, including an old front wheel drive Saturn. Terrible terrible service, highly recommend any other place than this.

I had 5 Emtek outer door locking units that the contractor did not install correctly when he took the doors off to stain. PC Lock & Key were absolutely amazing during the phone call to them to ask them for advice, to their follow up phone call to let me know that they would help in any way, to Spencer the locksmith who repaired all of my hardware PERFECTLY!!! I really appreciate their taking a personal interest in my problem and the efficient, professional, courteous and accomodating manner in which they helped me.

I was having a day where I was thinking 'do I want to live in Park City any longer?'. Then I went into lock and key. They ordered a keyless entry for my car and I went to retrieve it. They were so fantastic. They programed the key for my car then gave me a door only key incase I ever lock my keys in the car and their attitude was friendly and welcoming. Ah what a relief that there are still friendly people in Park City that are willing to go out of their way to make you feel like you are part of a wonderful community.
