Was called out because my anti-theft system made the car inert. I did not have the special laser cut key I needed to turn the alarm off. He called me a tow truck waited for it to show up, and told us interesting stories about his life. He was very kind on a day when I thought I might just break down in tears in front of my nieces, nephew, and son who were hot, bored and seeming to be ready to mutiny. I am extremely grateful, and will look him up again the next time we head down toward Nine-mile Canyon. Thank you thank you thank you, there aren't words enough for my gratitude. People like these make the world a place I am overwhelming grateful to live in.

He was very friendly over the phone. We called around 5pm and made an appointment for 9am the next morning. I called 10 after 9 to be sure he was coming and he said he would be here within the hour, But I waited around until 11:30 and he never showed. I called another locksmith who was here within 10 minutes and I still never heard anything from Jay's. I would not reccomend him.
