Unfortunately Sunday morning my car wont shift out off park and ended up calling a Towing Company. They responded within the hour and got to my car to shop. The driver was very nice. He towed my car to dealer and text me photo when he dropped it off. The service I received was great and very affordable.

The guy I talked to this morning was very disrespectful from the very first moment he picked up the phone. I needed a tow from the University of Utah to South Salt Lake and first he wanted me to get an Uber. He was telling me to do it, although I wanted to ride along to the destination where he was taking my vehicle. He wanted me to leave my car keys in the vehicle telling me how safe the neighborhood is. Then I call him for a second time and he starts yelling over the phone to CANCEL it. He CANCELLED my tow that I had already requested because it was too complicated. BS! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! IF YOU DON'T HAVE RESPECT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER LOOK INTO A DIFFERENT BUSINESS! I will definitely give you a zero rating if I had the opportunity to do so

My car decided to lock itself while I stepped inside to lock my garage. It was the typical late for work day. That coupled with my insurance company 'roadside assistance' keeping me on hold for 20 minutes left me feeling less than happy. I called and these guys came out and unlocked it. No problems. Thanks.

John is the worst towing man Ive ever ran into. Extreme disrespectful I asked one question and he raised his voice and acted out of hand. I had cash in my pocket ready to pay the company. And he denied it , will never use this company again because of this guy. He scared all my friends raising his voice and lost my business. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever ran into would not recommend to anyone. The man seems like hes on drugs

These guys are great! I called ABC to have my Honda towed to the dealership. The ABC rep. asked what was going on with my car. I explained the ignition cylinder lock broke and I could not use my keys. He told me to get a quote from the dealership. The dealership wanted to charge $900 to fix the problem. ABC gave me the info for a locksmith that could fix the problem for $350. ABC did this knowing I would not need a tow any longer (the locksmith is mobile, so no tow was needed). That is what I call service. They lost a customer today (no need for a tow), but I will not use any other towing company except ABC towing in the future. Thank you so much for your help and honest dealing.

The moment he was on the phone he was bugged how he wanted to watch football cause it was Sunday and my car died. Then shows up and starts yelling over nothing. His defense was i wasnt going to paid him when i showed him the cash on me. I was going to fill out the paper work for a reciept and lost his cool and took off left me stranded. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

This is the best towing company I have ever worked with! I had a weird situation to get my dead car out of airport parking, and since I was not there, the driver (I assume the owner as they were the only person I talked with) gave me text updates through out the tow, sent pictures when the car was picked up, and when dropped off, even tried to get my car to hold a charge while he had to wait to release another vehicle from their storage lot. This is the tow truck to call! I will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs this service. And to top it off, they were cheaper then any other tow company I called for a quote. Thank you so much for your level of service, You have earned your five stars!

I had a total blowout on I-80 by Great Salt Lake on a weekend heading back to Tooele. My insurance company and the tire warranty service sent me to people with a 1-2 hour wait, with prices between $150-250. I googled for someone else and found these guys. Within an hour, I had a truck on site that only cost $95 AND accepted credit cards. Even better, when he realized what was actually going on and where we were, the driver recommended a used tire shop in West Valley that stayed open until 7, so it all worked out. Thanks.

My van broke down and I called my Verizon Roadside service at 8:38pm. They told me that ABC Towing was on its way. Within a few minutes I received a call from driver and that he was on his way. Driver was punctual, friendly and did job well. Got ride home and car went to shop. Thanks Shawn for coming to save the day.

I had the best experience with ABC Towing. The gentleman who came to tow my car for a flat tire noticed he could pump it up. That meant I would only have a service charge not a towing charge. Oh he shoveled my driveway too. He also went above with his service by following me to the tire shop to make sure I made it ok. I will always call ABC Towing for all of my towing needs. Thank you!

Very respectable Gentleman. Was there when he said he would be. My car got to where I needed it towed and he text me to verify it was dropped off. The quoted price was what I paid and $20 less than other tow company I called. Def would use him again if I ever needed a tow...but hopefully not lol
