Obviously being locked out of my home left me with a panicked feeling. Curtis responded very promptly and professionally to my inquiry and also made it to my home very quickly. He was friendly and helpful and quickly got us back into the warmth of the house. He offered to spend some extra time trying to get my 40-year-old door knob back in functioning condition, which Im sure would have been no small task. I was caught in a bind when I locked my wife's car keys in her Honda Accord's trunk. Curtis and Nate were professional, fast, and efficient at getting to my car and getting the job done. Beyond that, I was annoying and kept asking questions about how things worked and what tools and various things are usee as a locksmith. It was very interesting and both of them were very friendly and personable and more than willing to answer my questions and show me exactly what they were doing and how they did it. It was a Saturday night and I was on my way to a concert and had stopped to grab some beer for the cooler and had locked my keys in my car trunk on accident while filling up the cooler. I called a few other places which were all quoting well over a $100.00 to come out and unlock my car on the weekend. I called Sir Picks A Lock and the quote was significantly lower. He was at my car in less than 10 mins and had my keys in my hand and me on my way in less than 5 mins after arrival. He had very good customer service and was just an all around polite and nice guy.
