Did a good job. Had three key cut and only one of them work. Went in the next day and they took care of it no problem, keys just need to be smooth out a bit. Have had them do other key and been happy with them will be going back for other keys as needed.

I have always had a great experience with this Locksmith. They do it almost perfectly most every time. The only time I had a key not work they went to all lengths to fix it for me. They charge less than the dealership to make copies of fobs and keys. They work quickly and Ive never had to wait too long. We love this place!

I would honestly rate 100 stars if I could. I had 4 other companies out to fix it 3 no luck just more problems and a lot more money with days of waiting for parts! I called superior at noon Dave arrived quickly and within the hour from my phone call it was 100% done!! With the lowest cost of quote I've been given. I went to a locksmith in South Jordan for an additional deadbolt lock grade 2 and was quoted a price of over $400 with tax and fees.Essentially, the same lock at Superior was over $100.When I showed the store owner the picture of my original lock he told me I already have a smart key lock and with the 3 inch screws into the door jamb that would be enough. His honesty saved me a lot of money.I will be back.

Absolutely thrilled! Josh was very friendly over the phone while I priced other places (and these guys are the best price out there) the store was clean and a very friendly staff. Went in for a larger expense but they were able to fix my key differently then we had discussed and saved me a ton of money! I will definitely be referring them to my friends.

My review of Utah Locksmith for perspective:'Said they'd show up in about 30 minutes. 75 minutes later no one had shown up. Called the technician to see what the ETA was and he immediately hung up. Called the office. They said they'd call me back in 5 minutes. Never received a callback. After a total of an hour and 45 minutes of waiting I've decided to go with a different company. Do not go with Utah Locksmith unless you enjoy being left hanging.Edit: Called Superior Locksmith instead. Showed up after 20 minutes without me having to call and see where they were. Guy was very friendly and professional.'

I needed some additional keys for a car I just bought. I called Superior Locksmith and they were one of the few locksmiths that had the blank remote key in stock. I purchased one chip key with the remote built in to the head and two chip keys without the remote. I won't lie, from calling around, I realized that these types of keys are expensive wherever you go. But Superior had the keys cut and programmed in about 15 minutes from the time I arrived. I was very pleased with their service.

Anthony arrived on time, had all the hardware on my exterior doors replaced and keyed in under an hour, and then charges me way less than I expected. They made everything so painless. This seems to be the only honest locksmith in the valley. They got to my wife and unlocked her car in 20 minutes. They were very polite and professional. The one thing I really loved was that they have company vans that are clearly market 'Superior Locksmith'. Not like the competition that I made the mistake of in the past that drive up in an old beat up van and they say they are a licensed locksmith when they aren't.

Initial contact was fine. Asked them to come out and re-key the locks. When the tech arrived he talked to my wife and talked here into changing all the locks. Had the tech come back. He knew all I wanted was to re-key the locks, but said your wife agreed to change all of them. He said he would change them and re-key the old ones, but would not credit the new locks he installed. Total rip off.

Edit: Sorry wrong service. This was in Federal Way Washington and I can no longer find them on Google. My dad's car was stolen then found. We had to get the ignition replaced. Benjamin came later than promised and charged me far more than quoted while every correspondence we had prior he promised he would work with me and even give me a discount. He also left broken drill bits all over the floor mat and didn't reattach the dash pieces. Very upsetting after an already horrible ordeal!

I was blown away by their customer service!! They were so fast, I was in and out in minutes. I went in to have keys made, but my car fob was acting up. They checked it for me for free and let me know I only needed a $5 battery instead of a new fob. They didn't have the battery in stock so they immediately ordered it in and got rush shipping on it. I was so impressed!!!
