Got 15 keys duplicated service was fantastic fast and friendly I would definitely recommend

I arrived right at 5pm and the door was already locked. I knocked and the sales associate in there didnt respond. Decided to start typing an awful review in front of the store and finally the sales associate acknowledged my presence. After some pleading, he made copies of my keys and brightened my day. I truly appreciate the gesture of staying a few minutes later to help me. Be sure to arrive here before 5 since they promptly lock up and may have the radio on while closing the register.

Waited outside for 20 minutes after reading their 'Be Back in 10 Minutes' sign at 4:40 PM and was greeted by a gentleman 2 minutes after closing at 5 PM. He told me that he didn't have time to make me a key then shut the door in my face as I tried reasoning with him. Will never go back to Baldinos.

Parking is limited around here but there are garages and some street parking. Unlike HomeDepot where it seems like the key copy machine is broken every Sunday, you will always get your copy here.

'Snake' was very helpful and I give him 5 stars. Docked a star because the price of standard key copies is a little high. I understand if they can't do it as cheaply as Home Depot, but maybe there could be a discount on each subsequent copy of the same key.

This place is not 24 hours, despite what the hours say. I walked to the store at 7:30 on a Tuesday and found it locked, despite the sign on the door reading open: come in. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called the phone number. No answer.
