I am a nurse working during the pandemic. I absent mindedly locked my keys in the car when I got to the hospital this a.m. we called State Farm they set up service. They came in no time. The tech asked what I did in the hospital and said 'no charge, thanks for being a Frontline worker!'

They know what they are doing just don't expect them to make you a key for keyless entry remote. They have to order it, then program it. This takes time. They are locksmiths. So don't come with an attitude. They are professionals.

Great Service, Same day. Great price. I lost the only key to my 2005 Ford truck. I went to the local Ford dealership and they told me they could not help. Excellent service! I had keys cut for an old Land Rover I'm working on. I tried all the big lock and key or security companies. I was told they can't cut customer provided blanks, they don't do automotive, can't cut steel keys......Then I went to Ducks. They cut the keys in 5 minutes, they work perfectly, and the price was very reasonable. Awesome experience. Thanks!
