These guys were great to deal with. Showed up when they said they would and did the job well (installing new smartlock deadbolt) for the price promised on the phone. Cleaned everything up when finished and made sure we were happy with the work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area in need of locksmith services.

I came here to get my car key fob fixed after it broke into a ton of pieces. I originally thought it was going to take an hour or so to get it fixed up.Elliot proved me wrong. Elliot was able to fix the fob and put into a new case in under 10 or so minutes. I asked Elliot a couple of other questions about fobs I had for different vehicles, he was knowledgeable and was able to quote me prices for my inquiries. The price for the fobs were significantly cheaper than what the dealerships had quoted me. I will be coming back here in the future for any lock or key related issues.

Writing this in advance! Its Sunday and of all day I cant find my car key! I panic called all around was about to have my car towed from largo MD to Vienna va luckily I called the service department who referred me to a locksmith. Sadly that locksmith wasnt open on Sunday. I was in a horrible place, luckily I found Arlington Lock, INC! I spoke to Charles who I didnt know was the owner. At 1st he didnt think he could help me, he called me back to say he would try. Hours later he showed up after having to get a special part for my Land Rover. Hes here now, even if he cant get my car opened or key replaced I am willing to do this write just off of his level or service. He didnt have to answer my call or even attempt to help me out.

After seeing great Yelp reviews, I went there today to get a replacement key for my 2008 Mazda 3. I was not disappointed. Great service, fair price, and available parking. The replacement car key worked perfectly and a weird house key they copied worked better than any replacements I have had before with a 40-year-old key. You can't go wrong with Arlington Lock.

The locksmith was 20 minutes early on a same-day call to rekey our locks. The keys were included in the $150 rekey. Done in less than 30 minutes, and checked all the keys to make sure they worked!

I highly recommend using Arlington Lock for your automotive locksmith needs! Recently my 2008 Toyota Highlander smart key fob stopped working and I only had one for my vehicle. I called the local Toyota dealership, which quoted $249 for a new key fob + an additional $150 to program the smart key to my vehicle. With a little research online I found that it is possible to purchase a used Toyota smart key online and an automotive locksmith can program the smart key fob to your vehicle. I called Arlington Lock prior to purchasing the used key fob just to verify they would be able to program a used smart key fob and they confirmed this is possible. I purchased a used smart key fob from Ebay for $129 and went to Arlington Lock yesterday. Arlington Lock charged me $85 and after 20 minutes they had the key programmed to my Highlander and it works perfectly. I saved almost $200 by purchasing a used smart key fob and I cannot be more happy with the service provided by Arlington Lock. They were very knowledgeable and professional!

This is perhaps the most dedicated and conscientious craftsman in Falls Church! I presented him this morning with a challenge: make a replacement key for an antique, classic Jaguar. The original key had worn badly and was in danger of breaking off inside the lock. The codes for grinding a replacement key (which were stamped onto the lock cylinders) were wrong! Perhaps because this car was made in England a long time ago, the code on the lock was meaningless. And, although the original key worked in the locks, it was badly worn and almost impossible to use as a template. After almost two hours of patient work, trial & error, and many trips out to the car to test the many adjustments, success! Two perfectly functional new keys were made, and I was provided with a correct code number which, should the need arise, could easily produce a good key. This man displayed the patience and persistence of a surgeon. I should know, I am a dentist and know skilled and dedicated hands when I see them! And the price for all this work: only $50!I cannot recommend them more highly.

As an older woman on my own, I had problem with car key and remote fob. They offered two ways to solve the problem and was I happy with the much less expensive option. It was handled quickly and politely. The locksmith even went out to my car to check that the new keys worked properly. Good experience all around.

Chase was awesome. Prompt courteous personable and knowledgeable. He could easily have charged us for a transponder key that we did not need. Dealership wanted 250 for new locks and keys. Chase fixed the problem for 15. This place has my recommendation for ever.

I highly recommend this locksmith. They made keys to my gf's 07 Corolla without the master keys in minutes. The service was great, way better than the dealers and cheaper. I'll definitely go back next time I need keys.

One of the best customer service experiences of my life. Our puppy chewed up the ignition key - destroying the chip - and my wife's Toyota Corolla wouldn't start. After a serious headache with a service station, two tows (one tow cost $83.50 to go 4 BLOCKS!), a potential $407 charge from the dealership that would have involved *another* tow for which my wife would have had to wait until noon after getting off of a night shift, and getting the runaround between the General and the Auto Club, the heroic guys at Arlington Lock, Inc. saved the day! Charles came over to our house right away and fixed it for a lot less money. Two new ignition keys, chip and all. Problem solved! The guys at Arlington Lock, Inc. are professional, competent, and friendly. If I could give ten stars I definitely would.

This guys were great. I have a Yakima Skybox (a cargo box that goes on top of your car) that was locked and I had lost the keys. Another locksmith said that it would be $150 a just unlock the box and he couldn't make the keys. I took the Skybox to the guys at Arlington Lock unlocked the box AND made me new keys for only $40! Highly recommended!

Great customer service! I had a broken Kia keyfob, they ordered a new one for me and installed it successfully. I was trying to find Any other place that programs keyfobs in NOVA without success. My only suggestion to make it a perfect experience is to let the customer know when the order is ready. I had to phone in a couple of times to see if the ordered keyfob was already at the store and ready to be programmed.Thank you guys!

I lost my original keys to my Ford and called the dealer who wanted me to tow my car to them and then for 1 key it would have cost me between $400 - $500. I called Arlington Lock and right away they had Charles come out to my house. The Ford dealer took my car code off so Charles called his coworker Luis to come out, take my ignition out to make the keys. I had to get back to work so they did all this work within 1 hour while I left and went back to work. I got 2 keys and and alarm fab for my Expedition within 1 hour tops and paid $295. They were all so kind and wanting to help from the beginning over the phone to when they came out to my car and then calling me at work to let me know keys were done and that I could pay over the phone! Excellent Service, I will always do my key business through them from now on and I definitely encourage others to use their service! Thanks Guys for saving my Day!
