Easily the best experience I've had peeping for folks to cut and program my new fob.The amount charged is enough to have you triple take and look around for the scam you'll never find.So for a fraction(I mean that) of the cost, I got my key cut and programed. Most were charging almost dealership prices. I didn't even breach 80. They measured 4 times and cut once in all aspects and now I get to start my day on a good note. HIGHLY recommend.

Coffey's came and fixed our side door lock which did not match the key to our front door lock. They also fixed the door handle so that it didn't lock us out by accident as easily. Above and beyond, and at a very reasonable price!

I went here off a recommendation, and sad to say I was not impressed. Some of the staff seemed irritated and they weren't even helping me. Anyways, they could not program my keys(2010 MKT) after the long wait. The silver lining in it all was the nice young lady(she was new) did not charge me the fee that nobody told me I had to pay even if they could not help me.

I always heard Coffey's was a good choice and today confirmed it. Rick came out right after I called and removed a broken and jammed deadbolt and installed a new one in no time. Very courteous and professional. I would definitely use again and recommend.

I called Coffeys Locksmith on August 21st, 2019 and asked about pricing on programming transponder keys. The programming of transponder keys, with any locksmith, for a couple of minutes and the price they charge is nothing but greed. The lady said, I could talk with the owner about a discount and gave me his number. I called the owner to ask about a discount and he said, call the dealership and get a quote from them, so he could see what they are charging. I said you know that dealerships are very high priced, so why would I get a price from a dealership? I asked about a discount again and he said, I would be paying for knowledge and the equipment they have. Really, it takes the same amount of time to make a Starbucks Drink and their espresso machine cost more than the programmer they have; nevertheless, they only charge $5.00 -$6.00 for a coffee drink. Then, he said, if I did it for you, I would have to do it for everybody. Well, I didnt know he would advertise that he gave me a discount. I wouldnt have written this if he would have just said, I dont want to lower my price; however, his tone and comments were denigrating.

The tech who came out was great! When one of the locks messed up, he came out right away, no questions asked, no problems, and just got everything squared away. There was a bit of a scheduling issue, which is why this isn't 5 stars, but that got squared away easily enough.

We lost the very hard-to-replace key to our car. Going to the shop was a very pleasant experience. Coffey's was able to order the key, and send a technician to program it to the car when it came in. The woman who called me to schedule the technician's visit was helpful and nice. The technician, Rick Jerril, obviously knows his way around locks. It was great to talk to him. He did his job very well, gave me great information, and was just amazing.

I needed four deadbolts and doorknobs re-keyed and JD from Coffey's Lock shop was spectacular. He called as he was leaving for my house and was on time...a most admirable trait. I had some older door knobs that wound needing to be replaced and JD went to Lowe's and got them. As we were chit-chatting, we talked about the benefits of being military retirees (as we both are) and I didn't think anything more about it. So when he finished the work (which was excellent...all keys worked smoothly in all locks), he mentioned the military discount that he'd taken off my overall bill which I had not even asked about.Coffey's is simply a great business that provides excellent service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Today I had multiple deadbolt lock holes cut and put in. I was very impressed with JD's work. He was very nice, polite, and respectful. He took his time to do proper measurements and was patient with answering all of my questions. I like that he called before coming and arrived within the time window given. July 25, 2018 David came to 'add a lock' to the file drawer of my large old desk, as well as make a key for the center drawer. He wisely pointed out that file drawer could be accessed by smaller drawer above it, so two locks would be needed.THEN, he assessed the whole desk, saw that center drawer would lock all drawers IF the top two utility drawers were removed & replaced in the opposite sides.HENCE, that solved all three problems and all that was needed was a key to be made for the center drawer.It was such an encouragenent to work with a knowledgeable, honest, and courteous man!
